The on site manager was a nightmare. While waiting for the police to arrive she locked up the office and left out the back door without a word. The regional manager was helpful in the end. Anyone can drive through the "secure" gate. Just follow a car in or out. The day after our discovery the gate was wide open and NO management on site. Cameras are useless. The thieves used a Uhaul and hooked up to our vehicle with a chain and waltzed out of there. Put your own cameras and tracker inside your vehicle for extra security but definitely do NOT use this company.

Even though they didn't have to transport it anywhere, they still had to go through some of the same steps, such as remove the legs, wrap it and roll it to it's new home next door. They did a fantastic job! They were so respectful and kind, and one of the owners, Sam, was there overseeing the job. He was such a nice man and agreed (at the last minute) to move my old spinet piano to a neighbor's house for a price she could afford. And while they were there, I asked if they could move a large china cabinet from next door to my house as well. Sam very nicely agreed to do that, if I would just take care of his men. He wrapped the cabinet and his men brought it over to my house. That was so nice of them to do that! They left the jobsite as clean as when they came. I would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to my friends as well. Thanks, Sam, for a very positive experience and for being such a nice guy!!! If I have packages they already have them out for me to collect by the time I enter. Package notifications are sent via email, which makes it very convenient. No more stolen items! So take that porch pirates! Today Tracy was there & it was getting close to 5:00 pm. She is absolutely the best and so is Corinne, Samantha, and another sweet lady , whose name I haven't captured. I love it here and it's worth paying extra for peace of mind!
