UpakNship is the BEST place to get all your shipping supplies! I've been purchasing from them ever since I started my own business and they always have the LOWEST prices for the MOST product quantities. I've compared them to other online companies (ex. Uline) and they always come out much cheaper. Their selection is great too! I find myself purchasing their #smile bubble mailers, #smile poly mailers and bubble out bags the most as those are my specific business needs. I love the design selection for mailer bags, super cute colors and themes to choose from! I've also bought their #smile mailing boxes as well. Cute designs but in all honesty the quality of the box just wasn't what I was exception - they are a bit thin so I'd recommend just getting the plain white boxes if those are products you need for your business. The last order I placed was for warehouse pick-up. I've always had my past orders shipped because they were previously closed to the public due to COVID but luckily they opened up again within the past week or so and I was able to choose pick up as my option instead of paying to have the items shipped when I'm less than 15 minutes away from their warehouse! It's a huge help to be able drive to their warehouse location and get the items real quick. Just a note: when doing the warehouse pick-up I was advised you place the order online then you are able to go down and get your order right away (as long as the payment is processed). You call their office phone and give them your order # then someone from the warehouse in back will bring the items to your car. Super easy and quick! I will continue to purchase from UpakNship due to great prices and ease of having the ability to pick up from their warehouse location. It's all a win-win for me! Horrible customer service, very rude and dishonest. I ordered many polymailer before the holiday seasons begin. Of course I couldn't use all the thousands bags in 30 days and when I opened the new bags, I have seen that there was a huge cut on the big size of packages and 100 pieces of bags goes to garbage. I have tried to reach them, they did not replied my emails, I called them many times and finally I can reached them. I sent photo, video and said the sizes, and they did not confirm the size with me and they sent wrong size. They became so rude, and not fixed their fault. And they believe that they have excellent customer service(!!!!) NEVER EVER buy from this company, they are sending damaged polymailers and not refunding your money. What is going on? We are all struggling. The big guys, the little guys... All the small businesses. I've loved your products and have referred people/companies to you who have purchased thousands of dollars of products across the United States. I had been waiting for a particular item to come back in stock, so I placed a smaller (500 pc) order right when they were listed online. First issue, the site has some kind of a bug. When you go to add in your address it flips it back to store pickup and unless you recheck it, you may checkout expecting your items to be mailed while being expected to pick them up unbeknownst to you. Secondly. Call first. They spend their energy on the big guys and need to mentally prepare themselves to take your peasant orders. Even if you call, the front office may be empty. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT go looking for anyone unless you desire to happen upon a fire breathing dragon by the name of... Well I'll leave that part out, out of human decency. My advice: Add a sign on the door when the person who knows how to deal with humans is gone so that people aren't wandering around like lost puppies looking for help. Add another BIG sign on the warehouse exterior telling confused customers to beware of dangerously angry mystical creatures should they dare proceed. My poor friend that I sent just to "pickup an order". ‍ Product is good. You must ask yourself if it's worth it. If you want it, definitely just get it shipped. Triple check the checkout screen and make sure it keeps the shipping option selected. read more

Pay to have your maulers shipped. The customer service sucks at the Ontwarehouse, and I'm not referring to those working in the warehouse but rather the management/owner. Beyond rude to myself and another person there to pick up. I get that they're a high volume seller, but there is no excuse for being so rude to customers, no matter how small their order. Update: My next visit is the way it should always be. I called when I arrived and 10 minutes later a friendly warehouse worker loaded my trunk with purchase. I have worked in customer service for 5 years now, mostly in supervisor roles. I 100% understand how hard it can be to empathize and prioritize the customer experience. "Beau" should not be working in customer service. Could not provide us with an expected delivery date, that's fine. But gave us a GUARANTEED DATE by which the package would ship out. We PATIENTLY waited the full time to allow it to get sent out of their warehouse (at this point it's still no big deal, we just got a timeframe for the shipment! Thank goodness. We contacted the multiple days after Beau said it would be shipped from their warehouse because, of course, it had not. You can only blame business partners like FedEx so much, and when you do, you're turning on those that you do business with RATHER than standing by them and being honest + positive. You are shooting yourself in the foot when you are negative about another company that you do business with lol, because you're still doing business with them. Anyways, there was NO REFUND OR APOLOGY at all from Beau. He expected to give us an arbitrary date by which the package would ship, hoping we wouldn't pay attention. When we called them out on this, that it didn't ship by the guaranteed date given to us, nothing was done. A completely BAFFLING experience overall. SERIOUSLY, if FedEx was the only problem in this mess, I wouldn't be here wasting my time trying to warn others. I am here because of the MISUSE of the term "Customer Support." Maybe some people have passion for actually providing support to the customer at UPakNShip, but this was not the case for my interactions unfortunately. If they had even shown a shred of ACCOUNTABILITY or given us a genuine apology, I would be much more okay with what happened. As for the product, it's the best, I will be ordering again. Not for the great customer experience, but because it's an amazing product with great designs that provides an even better experience for my customers. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN FROM THE MANAGER HIMSELF. They shipped the wrong amount of mailers to me, so I called to have them fix the problem and requested for them to be mailed to me asap. I needed those by a certain date. They only offered me regular delivery and wouldn't do FEDEX. Manager said, "if you want it so bad then come pick it up here." And then proceeded to put me on hold while I was STILL talking. Seriously?! They made a mistake and I have to fix it. Mind you, I live almost 2 hrs. away. Horrible experience. I am super disappointed with this company. I ordered 100 mailers that I actually really need for my business. They order went through. They charged me and sent me a confirmation email I've been waiting for my mailers to arrive for over a week. 10 days later they emailed me to let me know that I need to send them 13 more dollars for them to ship to me because I'm in Hawaii. Why did the website let me order these if that were the case? They haven't even sent it out! I don't care about the money. But I am super pissed that no one reached out to me earlier to tell me any of this or help me with my order. I purchased from this company instead of Uline because they allow for free pickup! Uline was going to charge me $25 to pick up from them which is absolutely absurd. I ordered a small batch of recycled poly mailers and everything was great when I went to pick it up. I noticed they are slowly expanding their product selections so I can't wait to purchase more shipping supplies when I run out. Also, the price is excellent! I purchased poly mailers from this company 3-4 different times. Every time I called to request them to ship my order soon since I am only located a few blocks away, the lady who takes the call was not helpful. She asked me to pay for expedited shipping. Then I placed the order for expedited shipping, the packages were sitting at their warehouse for 3 days and Bruce(the supervisor) kept blaming FedEx and the pandemic for not scanning or picking up packages on time. We understand that we are going through a global pandemic but I do online business too. For me, if I get expedited orders they are the first ones to leave my warehouse and are delivered in a timely manner especially when they paid expedited for. I don't blame my shipping services for errors caused at my end. Also, when I told them to cancel my order, they refused because they lied again saying that the package has left the facility. Bruce went from lying about the package taking 3 days to ship, to scanning delays from FedEx to package already in transit. I then advised that he can intercept the package and have it delivered back to them and he refused on that as well stating that I will have to pay for shipping back and forth which was about $100.00 for something that was only 3 miles away. Worst ever customer service during this pandemic. I wish they had been nicer and acknowledged their mistakes. Will never order from them again.
