From the moment they arrived, they got right to work and did not waste a single minute. I was honestly impressed by how quickly they packed/moved everything while still being careful with my furniture & boxes. Wouldn't recommend them still. Review not changed. 7/20: No reimbursement in full or any additional communication from this company and it's been almost 2 months. Avoid them at all costs! 7/14: Yes, accidents happen, we understand that and asked your company to make good on them. A $120 gesture of "goodwill" isn't reimbursement in full, it's a slap in the face that we refused. If there's truly a reimbursement in full for the brand new dresser and trench I will update this review again. If not, I'll update this with the communications from your staff.

For work I needed to ship large items via freight from an unorganized client. Allan helped me figure out what I needed to do to get the items to California, picked them up from my client and put in hard work to retrieve the items. Speed crated several items and had them all ready for pick up the next day. My shipment is now ahead of schedule and Allan is making me look like a hero at work! Thank you Allied Irish!

A packer was sick and he subbed the son of a packer which resulted in most of our damage. He used shipper(2) who were contracted, they unwrapped 30% of our furniture and rugs(supposed to do all took away no trash) they damaged 2 items and never told us.. pure scum. I asked for a refund for unpacking not done and removal of boxes/ wrapping debris and Alan never responded, not even a curtsey of a phone call after many requests. There up front staff was good other than the substitute packer. There shipping and follow-up was the worst we ever experienced after moving many times. We are retired senior citizens and were grossly abused by Allen. We are considering a lawsuit.
