The best part for me is the secure loading dock (garage). Even when there are other folks bringing stuff in or out, I don't have to wait more than a few minutes. If I stop by early in the morning or late in the evening, I'm typically done within 5 minutes. It's that easy. I love that the facility is climate controlled (for my own comfort primarily), and I don't have any concerns about safely, knowing that access is strictly monitored. The owner claims the issue is being taken care of but the mice never went away as every month I return to my unit and discover new damage! The contract you sign when renting the unit mentions no responsibility of the owner for any damage including damage done by rodents so you will be left on your own to deal with your loss. They offered $10 discount for the next 6 months for me as well as arrange the livers to vacate then disappeared. The staff is friendly but not helpful. Be mindful of this went renting from them!
