In 7 years I have only asked one other time for it to be cut back but this time I have been completely ignored for months on end and through 3 managers. My backyard ONLY has palms and turf to ensure easy maintenance but I have now had to purchase 2 leafs blower/vaccs, rakes, pole saw, large tree trimming loppers, etc. since my yard is constantly filled with leaves as is my pool. Post storms is an absolute disaster that I have let go for years though it has cost many hours of labor and hired help to clean up mess from the other side of the wall. Any sort of acknowledgement would be nice but since it's behind their buildings, and obviously a me problem, I can't imagine I'll get a response until I drop off an invoice for the supplies and my hours of labor to clean it up myself this weekend.

The unit I had was indoors (10x15) with A/C and never had an issue. The place is spotless inside. This is my last month with them. It's the price. 350.00 a month and it had shot up I think from 270.00 which is a huge increase. if you are an LLC that can recoup the storage as a business expense than I highly recommend them. My sideline is a hobby and I have been told I cannot deduct the cost. So I am out.
