They even sell small boxes for selling items like jewelry and such. Medium moving boxes were $2.99 each and large were $3.99. I was hoping the boxes would have handles/grips like those at U-Haul since they do make a ton of difference, but I was in a bit of a time crunch and had to make do. It was a quick operation and the gentleman working the counter helped me take the boxes to my car since I ended up getting quite a bit. Super friendly and helpful store.

The lack of communication alone created unnecessary stress. The movers arrived late with no call, and when they finally showed up, they went to the wrong address--adding extra time to my bill for an error that was not mine. Once the move began, the issues continued. The crew did not use furniture pads and instead used tape in several instances, which resulted in a piece of my furniture being broken. They did not communicate the damage until the very end, and they left the broken item in the hallway of my apartment building. Because of this, my apartment complex charged me a fee for leaving damaged goods behind. Per my contract, the movers were supposed to pack the kitchen, but the crew was unaware of this and said they didn't have time to complete it. They were also contracted to disassemble and reassemble furniture; however, at the new location they were reluctant to reassemble anything, causing further delays and additional charges. Although they moved items down from a third-floor apartment, they refused to bring several pieces to the second floor of my townhome, leaving them on the first floor. I had to find additional help to get the furniture where it needed to go. No paperwork was completed on-site before the move began, and at the end I was only asked to initial one document. Even though payment had already been pre-authorized, I was required to provide my credit card information again over the phone. When the invoice finally arrived days later, the time listed was inaccurate and appeared to include the period when they were at the wrong address as well as a dinner break before delivering my furniture. This experience was unprofessional, costly, and stressful. Save your money and your peace of mind--look elsewhere for your move.

The boxes were quite light, so we loaded them one by one, and this made us feel better. We booked a time for our building elevator, and our team worked around that time frame without wasting time. It was handled calmly, though there was a slight lag while the other person was loading the area. Everyone was very nice and informed us throughout the entire process. They delivered around 9 pm, and the main furniture was delivered to the desired location. One of the lamp shades had to be tweaked upon unpacking, but it was a minor issue. The boxes were readily available as each room's name was clearly written on the box. The move itself remained well planned and executed from start to finish, even with two pickup points.
