This storage place is a scam. I signed up 3/4 months ago for a unit at $56. I offered to pay the 15 months up front. They told me it was best to go on auto draft and just pay it month to month. Month 4 they increased my rent for $56 to $112. They Doubled the rent. I called up and they said they couldn't do anything about it that month and they had sent a post card that was folded up in the mail that I never received. Never got a call, text, email about the 100% increase. After speaking with them they said that they lowered it to $76. They act like they have saved me $36 a month but what they really did was increase me $20 a month. Then they say it's in the agreement there allowed to do that. Never mentioned anything to about that. To recap...this storage place is a scam. They get you on direct deposit and take out more and more money every month. It's really just theft. planning on moving my stuff out to a different storage unit this month and a better place that doesn't steal money out of my bank account. read more

Don't bother getting their insurance they won't do anything to help u if an item gets damaged by the condensation from ac pipes . Had mold on a leather couch from condensation, had insurance, paid for it and they denied sending someone out to professionally clean my couch. They stated in fine print along lots of other sneaky statements, that there was not a FLOOD-in my unit therefore they won't do anything. Useless to pay the extra money for insurance. read more

I called around 11:30am and explained what I would need and the lady helped me with pricing and options and I placed my order. And around 2:30pm I received a call saying my delivery would arrive shortly. And about a half hour later, it was here! Even in ATL Friday afternoon traffic. And delivery was free!!!!! (I think you do need to order a certain amount for the free part) Everyone I dealt with were as nice as could be. I so highly recommend them. Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done.
