The opposite is true with the Farmingdale location and it' site manager Ennio who purposely didn't explain that my unit had no heat but knowing I had nice furniture. His advise to after I paid to have my things moved in was oh just wrap it in cardboard and put a tarp over it. When I insisted he do the right thing and move my things to a climate controlled unit he not only vehemently said no but told me to get the hell out of the location office and turned his attention to another customer. I explained this in greater detail to Maggie who claims to be the District Manager. She offered me a free month in a much more expensive unit that was climate controlled. She never apologized for her managers behavior nor agreed to pay the expense for this internal move of my things within the very same facility. My advice to everyone reading this...First buyer beware, second stay out of this district as long as Maggie is the district manager who allows shady con men like this Ennio who is still encouraged to burn hard working customers in Farmingdale by filling these less desirable units.
