But because I don't remember the paper contract, I refused to sign the digital contract. Even though we were paying every month on time for the last four years, they refused to give us one more month with the unit because we refused to sign the contract. Additionally, after returning the unit, my credit card was charged two months in a row, and I had to call the company to get a refund on my credit card. I would recommend the business because the delivery and pickup of the unit was simple. But everything else involved with renting this unit, I don't recommend.

They're not small increases - this latest one is a 17% increase, saying it's to make it "competitive" with market conditions, but that price is now just shy of DOUBLE what they are currently offering the same unit for online. And it's far higher than what other storage places in the area charge for the same size unit - actually higher than what other places charge for much larger units. The storage facility itself is fine (though finding a dolly when you arrive can be hit or miss), but if you opt to use this place, just plan on leaving within a year or two to go somewhere that is significantly less expensive once they jack up your rates.

The facility has 24 hour surveillance, keypad and gate at entry and exit, lighting and climate control at the storage unit, and Space to unload and pickup. In the course of 2 years, company decided to raise my agreed rental rate 3 times for up to 50% more than initially agreed. After confronting the manager, I was told this is out of their hands since corporate decides when and how much the rental increases occur. Instead of moving my business elsewhere, manager offered a smaller unit at a much lesser rate, taking into account that "rate will not increase for at least a year and even if it does, increase will be marginal". Trusting this company I decided to go ahead with the downgrade. To my surprise, less than 4 months later I receive ANOTHER RATE INCREASE NOTICE!! This time the increase would be for more than 50% starting next month. This increase like all the others happen for NO JUSTIFIABLE reason. As expressed by many others, this company has a long history of PREDATORY BILLING PRACTICES. They purposely wait for you to be settled with your storage to increase your rates, not by a marginal amount but increases of over 50% of your agreed rental agreement. I appealed this with their superiors in writing but they failed to even respond. I am now in the process of starting to take legal action against this company and needless to say I recommend everyone to stay away from this corporation completely!

I submitted a quote for a 10x10 unit and got a call immediately after for follow-up. On move-in day, Amanda and Bridgette got me processed and settled so fast. They discussed the T&C with me and then walked me to the unit before signing. Immediately, the cleanliness stood out to me. So happy I chose to rent here! Some quick, helpful tidbits: - You can purchase a lock with them on site. They do not hold any keys. - Rent is due on the first of the month and can be paid via customer portal. - Someone lives on-site to help you with all your needs (I did not know this!)

The rolling carts are very helpful for schlepping your stuff in and out, especially if you're not on the ground floor. So why only 4 stars? Well, the elevator is the slowest I have ever seen in my life. There is no climate control, so the second floor is HOT. There are no lights or electricity in a basic unit (don't know about basement or first floor, or maybe you can rent one that has it). The call button near the elevator, meant to call the office if you need help, is turned off. The system is old and apparently caused such a loud racket in the office that it was just deactivated. So if you need help during office hours, you'll be trekking to the office in person. The price is good and there was an incentive for the first month or three months, I lost track LOL. You are encouraged to set up auto-pay, but not required to. I'm happy that everything can be done electronically - save a tree or two! All in all, I'm very satisfied but my "would you recommend it" had to be a maybe. Some folx might really prefer to have the things this one doesn't. For me, it works!

I spent the day worrying (needlessly) that the storage unit I had rented was too small. The crew fit all of the items neatly and safely into a 5x10' unit with room to spare. I've never seen anything like it. I also want to give kudos to the front office. They were the first company to respond to my inquiry, answered all of my questions patiently, and kept us informed about when the crew was arriving.
