Moving is not an easy task for anyone and finding a good storage unit to store your most precious items is even more of a task. However, making the choice to come to Extra Storage Space was the best decision I could have made. Customer service is extremely important to me and both Rosa & Brian were efficient, friendly and very helpful. Brian was very honest when answering my questions and it made me feel comfortable that the company was not just there to make a buck, but sincerely concerned about any reservations I may have had about safety and cleanliness (i.e. people sleeping in units and rodents/insects) within the space. Brian also saw that I was moving alone and remembered that I mentioned my phone was dying and offered to let it charge....AWESOME!! Lastly, their prices are great and fit well within my very tight budget. Used some researching before making my decision and their prices were the best that I found. The staff on the site was friendly, but the manager dog was barking at me every time I come in the gate at 6:00am. The place is clean, but there is no hot water to wash your hands. I move out because the price was too high and waiting too long for a public transit. I wish every extra space storage list there public transit routes. I would rent the extra space storage again, but a different location close to a bus route, so I can get stuff out of my storage. I like the gate time hours. read more

This was my first experience renting any type of storage space. I was so fortunate to have been greeted Katrina who was so very professional and helpful! She walked me through the entire process, physically showed me the various spaces recommended based on my storage needs and we completed the entire process in 30 minutes. Great place for storage! The buildings are clean and well-kept, and the staff is very helpful. Rosa is awesome! They have whatever you need: carts, locks, boxes, tape, bubble wrap, etc. Office hours and building access hours are reasonable, the property is secure, and you can specify if you need a temperature-controlled space (extra, I think) or not. I really liked this storage facility when I used it. Plus, their rates are either lower or the same as other places (that look dirty and unattended). For the money, this is the place to go if you need to store your things, big or small. And you can't beat the service! read more

This place is excellent, clean, friendly helpful..and even have a free truck for you to use when you move your stuff in (I believe there is a mileage restriction). They have lots of carts to help bring in your items to your unit. I was on the 3rd floor, but it was so easy to move in and out with the carts and all the moving supplies they carry in their office. I am so happy I chose this place. It's secure, very clean, and the staff is very friendly. Rosa was amazing throughout my process. I had my storage unit for 2 years and she was there when I left. They are very nice and detailed- I ended up having to get a 2nd unit while I was there and they helped me with a promotional price. Definitely would recommend this place. read more

I needed a place to store items to make my condo look larger and less cluttered while trying to sell it. Extra Space provided a place that was available on a month to month basis. Hopefully I will only need it for a short time. The place was little spooky and felt claustrophobic at first but have gotten use to it. The storage room door needs to have a cover on the hardware holding the latch as it scratched my arm badly - no stitches but blood. Katrina did offer bandaids and a door stop for future use to avoid it reoccurring. I would recommend it as it does feel safe. read more
