I made an online reservation for a 10' truck, an equipment dolly rental, qty 2 4-wheel furniture dolly rental, and mats. I double checked the reservation online before going in. All good. I get there. No good news. None of the equipment I reserved was in the truck. I had left. I went back. Worse news. None of the equipment I reserved was available. I'm moving TODAY and this is totally unacceptable. They offered to SELL me the equipment they had. I requested an accommodation for the items to be free since their lack of inventory is there issue. The General manager would not accommodate at all. His excuse: they cannot offer equipment free of charge because that is how they keep inventory. I told him, I mean, you aren't keeping track of inventory anyways. I told them to remove those costs and rented the equipment last minute at Home Depot. Luckily they had what I needed and actually provided great customer service. This place does not. The man receiving back the truck also gave me attitude because I parked the vehicle in a parking spot instead of 5 feet away from his intake line. My bad? I'll pull it out, turn it back on, and move it 5 feet. Cool man. I asked for an itemized receipt and they could barely get it together behind the desk to figure it out. I will be reaching out to corporate with my complaints

It was formerly a "Cubesmart" storage facility but switched over this past year. Anyways, the rates are pretty much in line with other storage centers around the area. The buildings are clean and they offer climate controlled storage which, if you are trying to keep your stuff away from the Florida heat, is the best. I even noticed that once of the AC units had crapped out and they had the repair guys out there asap to fix/replace the broken part.

When considering using this company, keep in mind that the rates WILL change and rapidly, that's how they make their money. .

They ruined a Queen Mattress from Ashley Furniture. When they loaded the item on the truck in…read moreGeorgia, they put it on the back and didn't wrap it. Before it got to Vermont it was then wrapped in a clear plastic but was soaked inside. I sent them pictures of the water on the mattress. It is ruined. They no longer sell this mattress but the link included is a comparable mattress. I'd like to be paid out $950 for the mattress they ruined. They advised me to file a claim with CSI, I did on August 22nd, CSI Closed it on November 21st and said they no longer do business with Finest Fellas Moving, to contact them. I contacted them on November 21st to follow up on the claim, on November 24th they responded with "Good morning, We have received your claim information and it is currently being processed. The pending claim you have with CSI has been transferred back to us for further processing. We will update you on the status of your claim within the next 14-21 days. I needed to pack up a 5 bedroom house Because my family had passed away, and I was dealing with that. Your company assured me of the best quality and you guys would take care of everything. Your guys completely mishandled, delicate and irreplaceable breakable stuff that was hand painted by my great-grandmother. It's irreplaceable. Here, guys ended up throwing stuff out the bedroom windows and leaving it in the yard. I have pictures Including broken glass left for somebody who was handicapped to deal with. And I think you took advantage of a handicapped woman. Your employees decided to take it upon themselves. After going through stuff in my garage and during a break, your employees decided to ride hoverboards that you had no business being on. You also stated in our final conversation that you were going to send me some money back or put it back on my credit card. Which never happened, so you lied.
