He stores and tried to sell his bikes from the shed. He stated some of the $1000 bikes were found or given to him. He offered to sell me a bike that was the exact same Specialized model and color as a bike that was stolen 2 months earlier from me. I called the cops and let them sort it out. I'll leave the rest of the details out as that is between the police and the guy. The manager decided to intervene in the police investigation. The manager was ignorant and decided to berate my wife and I because she had a preexisting 10 year relationship (stated by her) with the guy and that I should have taken my concerns to her before calling the cops. She wanted me to notify her that i suspected him of possessing a stolen bike (so she could notify him?) Yeah, that's just moronic. You notify the police and let them deal with it. And she was angry at me for calling police. Bad management putting itself in a police matter. When it comes to issues, legal or criminal, she's not thinking straight or protecting all customers.

When I moved out I found the moisture absorbing pouches that I put in my items in case of any moisture getting in there, and they were totally dry, even with all the rain we have had. The buildings are well cared for and maintained. You don't have to wait on hold to speak with a human or be routed to some corporate call center if you ever have a question. It feels like a small town, easy, simple, person to person. If I ever need another storage unit I will definitely go back!

Maribeth is very helpful, she made sure of what we are storing and how much space we might need. She got us even a good deal on a storage unit when we wanted to upgrade after realizing the unit we reserved is not big enough for our purpose. Note that insurance is not included and you have to use your own lock (they try to sell theirs for $20 which is fine too). Overall nice and affordable.

I got my entire storage unit robbed with $8k worth of stuff which was only intended to be stored for a month while signing the new lease of my apartment. None of the workers cared, they weren't helpful and the cops told me that this happens often. The main manger Marybeth, does not care what happens to your stuff and neither do her lazy workers. They refused to look at the footage and did not act until I told them I was calling the cops. The unit next to mine was also broken in to. Please save yourself a headache, money, and sentiment memories of items. I truly regret not doing research before because I lost everything I owned.
