I do not live in state, so I sent a copy of my key by FedEx, with the agreement he would mail my key back soon after. It has been over a month since I sent my key. I have still not received it and found out yesterday - after calling several times with no answer - the property manager delayed sending my key back and then, a week and a half ago, sent it by regular USPS. Not certified. Not tracked. By regular mail. The key to my unit. It does not take 7+ days for mail to reach me, even by USPS. Essentially, they lost my unit key. No one has followed up with me about their gross negligence.

Not sure how, but the three units combined cost less than the storage unit she had at another storage place up the street. The inside temperature was cool from the blasting AC.
