This company was able to have my original comment removed by Yelp. My car was hit, another car had trash completely shoved under it. I couldn't believe what was happening to my stored vehicles. After asking for the footage for the hit and run, they gave me a copy completely coded. It was impossible to review the accident that took place. Management never apologized for any of those actions, she just said she'll review. Very corrupt place to store your vehicles, I can only imagine actual storage. Very disappointed and this business has no respect. Don't expect respect or honesty. I had to ask multiple times for the footage. Only to be given one with a block on it. Horrible service for sure, don't say I didn't warn you. Good luck. P.S. Yelp, please allow reality to be shared. I believe this is your purpose, stop erasing. read more

Moving is such a mixed bag of emotions. It can be exciting, fun, a little sad, exhausting, a chance to bond.. I've moved around quite a lot and have used several different storage units from Manhattan to Los Angeles. A1 is the best, Susan helped make the process so easy and fun. She was a joy to talk to, flexible to work with, I believe she gave me really good rates and was overall so helpful and sincere. Always just a warm smile and great attitude from Susan. The facility itself is great too. It's located near the freeway so it's super easy to get to. The parking lot in the front is a little small, but never full. My storage unit was seemingly small but surprisingly spacious. Some of the lights didn't work in the unit which was mostly inconvenient at night. I felt safe at A1. It's a pretty quiet neighborhood. I recommend this place to anyone who is seeking a great storage experience. The facility is pretty clean and the workers are nice. They have a key pad to enter the unit so it's secured.
