Always check both online and in-person, the office staff might have a special going that isn't listed. It's not permanent, but it's a sweet little temporary perk. My experience started with a phone call, shout-out to Colton (or Caleb? either way, Customer Service MVP), who explained everything like I was booking a penthouse instead of a storage unit. When I showed up a few days early, there was a tiny hiccup (we'll blame Mercury), but by the end, I was a part of the Tempe Choice family. Access hours are great (6 a.m.-10 p.m.), it's secure, clean, and easy to pull up, unload, and move on with your day. So yeah... I'm happy, my stuff's happy, and if they ever add climate control, this'll be an easy five stars. Bonus points for saving me a few bucks in the process.

I have a mild disability, and when I asked one of the staff about carts, they were extremely rude to me and said "Well, just carry your stuff then." Wtf Apparently the carts were stolen months ago but they never replaced them. Just stuck up a note. Its been three months. ‍ Parking here is a nightmare. There's never enough spots. The place used to be clean but lately I've noticed strong foul odors and COCKROACHES. I saw quite a few of them in the hallways and have since found bugs in my storage unit. I'm paying way too much to have to deal with that. I'm happy I'm moving out. This place is a mess, and a constant source of frustration. Made offload (working alone) much more difficult than a level unit (like avail on other rows). Major hassle trying to brace dolley with lifting heavy stuff down to it. Then bending down to lift dolley over 2" high lip at entrance of unit. NOT DISCLOSED. 3. You could offer discounts on that row and plenty people will go for it. I would not as I'm working alone. 4. Their were avail units on level ground. Instead of renting them first then the units with a hill (and floodwater) the mgr told me the automated system picks the units to be rented. 5. After doing their survey they had mgr contact me and offer to ket me move. HOW DOES GOING THRU THE HASSLE OF OFFLOADING ON A HILL NOW INSTEAD OF WHEN I MOVE OUT HELP? INSTEAD I'D HAVE TO RENT A TRAILER, DO AN ADDITIONAL LOAD UP AND OFFLOAD. WHY NOT OFFER ME A FREE MONTH! TRUST ME I'D RATHER PAY AND HAVE BEEN PUT IN A LEVEL UNIT WITHOUT FLOOD WATER IN FRONT. 8.
