Wow! That burger was motherfluffing DELICIOUS! I honestly didn't know what to expect and I completely forgot that there's bbq sauce on the extreme burger but I fell in love after first bite lol. It had the right amount of sauce and it wasn't overwhelming at all. The staff was also suuuuuuuuuuper friendly and very welcoming. Superb service if you ask me. I didn't feel rushed at all even though I was indecisive and didn't know what I wanted. Yum yum yummy!!!! Last night our family had an amazing dinner from Extreme Hummus!! We ordered a combo plate with a side of falafel, A Lamb Gyro, a chicken Gyro, Greek fries, and the hummus sampler. The different types of hummus we tried were extreme signature, spinach, and baba ganoush. We ordered the spicy pepper hummus with the combo plate. They were all fantastic!! I can't wait to go back and try the other hummus choices. The meat was seasoned really well and was oh so tender. The rice served in combo plate had an excellent flavor. It was so light and fluffy. The pita bread they give you to dip in the hummus is wonderful. It is light and airy, not hard and dry. We definitely ordered extra pita bread as we didn't find what they give you with the sampler order to be enough. The small salad they put the combo plate is really good too, I just wish there was more of it. The side order of falafel was OK. I was the only one in my family that enjoyed it. I wish it had been crispier. It was more like a mushy meatball. I'm used to my falafel being crunchy somewhat like a hush puppy. All in all we really enjoyed our meal and will definitely add extreme hummus into our rotation of dining out. Well dining in I should say because the hubby goes to pick it up and bring it home for us to enjoy!! Seriously, it is not even 8 AM and I already want to eat last nights leftovers! read more

I wanted to give this place a bad review because I am a Milo's fanboy. But alas my favorite Milo's in Roseville closed and I was forced to come here again. My only food complaint is that there is too much going on in the gyro. I think the hummus puts it over the top. Easy fix is to get the gyro plate. There is also an awkward bottleneck at the ordering counter. There, I have done enough complaining as a Milo's fanboy. These guys really do an incredible job. Every ingredient seems to be above average as far as quality and preparation go. Plenty of menu items to keep everybody happy, but not too many to keep you standing at the bottleneck for ten minutes while you decide what you want. They also make a tasty spiced iced tea. read more

I told the sweet owners of this place I would post a glowing review of their establishment. First of all wonderful, wonderful service. My husband and I told them it was our first time here and they let us sample all of the delicious hummus. We picked our favorites and then proceeded to order way to much food (but hey we had to TRY everything) The Falafel is cooked to order and really delicious, the Gyros are absolutely delicious, I had chicken, my hubby had the beef and lamb, the pita bread is super soft and warm. So we just had our first experience at Extreme Hummus. The food was great. We have a large family and we took all our kids in and the place was extremely clean and very well decorated. We ordered our 6 meals and there was something for every person in my family. The person taking our rather large order was so nice. He made an honest mistake and charged us for a side that we didn't order and we didn't even notice it. He came to our table and apologized and offered to refund us. He was so honest we kept the food. This Mediterranean Food is full of flavor, definitely something different and delicious. Indian music. Friendly staff, clean spacious dining room, outdoor patio. This is a family owned buisness and the prices arent that bad. The drive through is pretty simple you order from a person not a speaker and microphone. My co-worker brought falafel, hummus and pita bread from here to share one day!! Everything was so good! The hummus was amazing and I've tried the chipotle, garlic and extreme types of hummus and they will all tasted awesome! So, I wanted to try their gyro meat, but I already had pita and tzatziki sauce at home. I decided to see if they would just sell me meat. Which they did! At first he was hesitant, but I finally just said, "give me $10 worth of it". The cook filled a to go container with the meat! Way more than the original 1/2 lb I asked for. I also bought some hummus. The beef/lamb meat was awesome!! Some of the best I've had. They guys were really friendly. The place looked okay, but there's a drive thru!! I am AMAZED at how AWESOME this place is. My son told me about it a few months ago and today I finally went. This place is a fantastic hidden gem in Citrus Heights, right behind Raley's next to the post office. All I can say is if you love greek food go now. Run...I had the number #12 Beef and Lamb wrap. Did I say amazing? The price was great for what I got. The staff is super upbeat, and friendly. They were pretty busy when I went today around 1pm so I only tried 1 of the wonderful tasting homemade hummus #36 Cilantro Jalapeno. If I had more time I would have got back in line and bought some. All of their food is homemade and I was a bit overwhelmed. Next time I go I will eat there and spend more time. They even have homemade Baklava, I can hardly wait to try it. Trust me all the positive reviews are truth!!! I will for sure be back to try other things. Looking forward to taking my husband... Went in an ordered a burger with no BBQ sauce. Apparently these people think if you don't want BBQ sauce you want three times the amount in mayonnaise. The menu doesn't say they slather their burgers in mayo. The guy even asked me, just burger, cheese, tomato, lettuce and onion. Yep. NOPE. There was so much mayo on it even after I scrapped a ton off, I had to throw it out. The guy said next time he would get it right. There will be no next time, first impressions mean everything.
