04 C5 needed rear diff seal replacement. Wanted a factory trained Corvette mechanic. Surrounding dealers either didn't currently have one or had limited experience. Found this shop on the web and stopped by twice to talk with Chad (owner) and Greg (Customer Service) treated me like a long time customet- very friendly and answered all my questions. Thrid trip dropped off car and within a few hours job was done and oil mess all cleaned up (unexpected) and very impressed. Prices are fair but really not the reason for selecting this company. More interested in knowledge and how they treated my car - 5 star. Will use for all work in the future can't get any better. read more

so let's see took my car in on April 11/2024 was told they would start tear down on the 12 and would call me on the 15 to let me know if my car would need additional work said if i didn't hear from them then all good and they would be done with repairing my cam shaft and lifters and I could pick up the car on April the 29 so all total 2 and a half weeks to repair. so today the 22 of April I called to check on the progress of my car to be informed they had not even started work on my car and the said they didn't know when they would get to it and keep in mind I had already paid $5500 in deposits and had been in a rental for 11 days so that added expense as well so I immediately went to shop to pick up my car on the same day the 22 the day I called to check on progress and when I get there now they are telling me they can start on the car right away and can have it done for me by Friday the 26 they hope but not sure since they don't know if they will find any other issues. they tried to convince me to leave the car saying that they were almost sure they would have everything done by Friday. If that was the case then why did it take originally 2 1/2 weeks to repair if you can get this done in a week. ever since the owner, Chad has hired this new kid who answers the phone and takes all the appointments and does all the scheduling there has been nothing but problems,Chad informed me that they were having problems with him, but yet this person is still managing your bookings for your business over promising and under delivering, and then not even apologizing for all the stress and don't get me started on all the extra expense I had to in-cure by renting a rental for 11 days and you didn't even have the decency to say sorry or try to fix the situation. I have taking my vet to this shop since 2019 and spent thousands of dollars on repairs no questions ever asked paid in cash never blinked and eye and then this is how I am treated as if it's no big deal. Well my money will be spent elsewhere from now on. So if you need service from this shop you may need to stay on top of things or you will be waiting a long time for your car to be fixed and out a lot of cash from a rental wile your car is in their shop. They do outstanding work, they are friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. When it comes to Corvettes they do incredible work. Chad and Greg are so easy to talk to and no question has stumped them so far. Extreme is very reasonable with costs nothing like a dealership would be. I was coming to visit Las Vegas and wanted parts installed on my 2015 Mustang GT. Extreme Street Performance came from a good recommendation. Greg, the receptionist, said they were booked. However he squeezed me in on a Friday even though appointments are not usually taken on Fridays. I guess Fridays are for catch up. He emailed me an estimate which was lower than other places I looked into. When I dropped my car off, Greg said he would need my car for several days, due to the amount of work involved. I could only leave it for a day, so we looked to see what parts can be installed that day. He would speak with mechanic to see what can be done. When I came to pick up the car later in the day, I was able to speak with the owner Chad who worked on my car. He was able to get more done than I had expected. He gave me a full rundown on what he did, as far as recommendations for the future. I will bring my car back in at a later date to have the rest put in. Greg and Chad are very easy to talk to, knowledgable, and straight up honest. Chad doesn't believe in doing more work than necessary. If he can group certain parts together as not to charge for extra labor, he will. I am fortunate to have found them and will take my car back for any future installs. Met the owner, Chad at Cars and Coffee. Great guy; honest, has good communication, and does good work. I had 3.73 gears and a limited slip differential installed in my Mustang. Gear installs can be tricky so I figured that I'd have Extreme Street Performance take care of it. I've had the gears and differential installed for a year and with no issues. He went through my car and showed me everything the dealer screwed up. The best part, that wasn't even why I went there. I originally went in for a fuel pump and some other small things. I recently took my C7 corvette to these guys recommended by my corvette club.. I had my oil changed and the mechanic overfilled it, I also had my trans and rear end oil changed.. The plug for my rear end was not tightened and alot of oil was lost before I noticed it. I'm not sure they changed my tranny fluid cause the paint mark on the drain plug from the factory has not been moved. Really bad experience, maybe I'm that 1 in 100 that has a bad experience with them but I cannot recommend this shop to any body with a high performance car. I will advise my corvette club to be careful if you take your car there. read more
