Idk if this guy was having a bad day or what but I called this shop for an estimate and a man (who I believe was the owner?) answered. He had an attitude that was enough to make me run the opposite direction. He was rude and dismissive. In all my years of dealing with automotive shops, I have never encountered someone with such poor customer service. There's a lot of competition in this industry, and finding a trusted mechanic is important to me. When I find a good shop, I'm loyal for life and I recommend them to everyone I know. But this experience? Absolutely not. If this is how they treat someone who is willing to pay for their services, it speaks volumes about their overall character. I've worked in customer service my entire life, and I firmly believe it's not always what you say -- it's how you say it. His condescending attitude was completely unnecessary and honestly disgusting. If you don't want to deal with customers, then get out of the customer service field. Simple as that. When my wife initially bought her 2021 Ford Bronco Sport she added the 3rd party extended warranty for an additional cost directly from the Ford dealership. Well when Ford decides they no longer take 3rd party warranty's (go figure), I had to do my own shopping around. Most other dealers advised me it could be a 2-4 week process and the vehicle could not leave the yard. I reached out to ROCHA AUTOMOTIVE and he advised me he would look into whether the 3rd party warranty would cover the failed component and he got approval within a matter of days. The turn around for the repair was quicker than 2 weeks. Mr. Rocha's expedited service and professionalism exceeds far most within the automotive industry, these gentlemen sure know how to work and are evidently craftsmen of their Trade. I'm fairly sure that I'm not an average customer. I was in the automotive service industry for over 40 years. I know how hard it is to to own, manage, be a boss, work as a technician, and still be great with customers in an automotive service facility. Jamie has found that and is doing a great job at it. I took my 2005 Magnum R/T with 170,000 miles on the odometer for an inspection of a coolant leak. He did a quick visual inspection as soon as I got there and found a possible radiator leak. I left the vehicle and received a call about an hour later. He was correct in his original inspection. He couldn't locate a like aftermarket radiator to my liking. He allowed me to locate the part and supply it to him. I had it shipped to his shop but it took 2 days. Upon receipt of the radiator he had it installed and ready for pickup quickly. I have been looking for a quality shop since I moved here over 10 years ago. I've been to several shops that I felt ripped off and unappreciated. I have found a repair home! So can you. read more

Went to Rocha's for a second opinion. A different shop told me that I need my brake pads replaced immediately since they are about 5%. Jaime Rocha inspected the brakes and said they are 50% and no repairs are necessary. Since the car was on a lift, he inspected the entire underside. He identified some things that he'd like me to keep an eye on, but no repairs necessary. He said since he didn't do anything, there would be no charge and just come in next time. Asked for a complete service of a Ford Transit that I had bought from an online auction. They checked over the entire vehicle for me. Then called me to explain what needed to be taken care to make it run well and safe to drive. They also advised me of things that were not necessary to spend money on. I agreed, and told them to move forward with the work. They completed everything in a timely manner and saved me alot of money if I had taken it to the dealer. My concern was more about how the situation was handled. It wasn't the fact that you couldn't look at my car right away, but the attitude that came across during our interaction. It didn't feel like there was any interest in helping or even following up. Maybe it was just a tough day, and I get that -- we all have them. But as a customer walking into a business for the first time, that initial impression matters, and unfortunately, it just wasn't a positive one for me. I stopped by Rocha Automotive hoping to get some work done on my car, but unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. From the moment I arrived, the overall vibe just wasn't very welcoming. I spoke with Jaime about some concerns I had with my vehicle, but he didn't seem very interested or engaged in helping me out. On Thursday morning, I noticed that my car was making this strange scraping noise whenever I put my foot on the brake. Until then, I have never heard this noise before. My car is a 2015 Kia Soul leased new, almost seven years old at this point, and I just paid it off this month and earned the title last week. My dad found Rocha Automotive and made an appointment for me on a Friday. I dropped my car off right when they opened in the morning and he drove me back to work. Three hours later, Jaime, the owner, called me and told me that my car would be ready by 2:00pm the same day. Turns out, the scraping noise was coming from the rotor. My brake pads were worn out, apparently for a very long time, and those and the rotor had to be replaced. When I bought my car in to the Kia dealership that I got it from to get the entire engine replaced last year (recall), they didn't do any other services besides that. My car now drives like new thanks to Jaime! I was charged almost $400 for the repairs, which is not too bad. If my dad had never found this place, I probably would've been charged way more at a different mechanic. Excellent car repair work, done quickly and with absolute honesty. This establishment is the second 5 star Yelp car repair shop I have frequented. I didn't return to the other shop because they wanted me to wait for two weeks before coming in to make an appointment for service. Rocha Automotive made the appointment immediately and serviced my car the same week. I was completely happy with the quality of the work. The Lexus dealership misdiagnosed the problem as a bad power steering pump when it was an engine oil leak. Rocha Automotive fixed the problem, fixed the engine valve leak, replaced the spark plugs, and quickly worked with me when my engine warning light came on the next day (old car with old hoses). I can't say enough good things about this mechanic. I've used their services multiple times ever since finding them. I've taken my two cars in for things ranging from my water pump, an oil change, a cracked radiator, to replace a blend door actuator, oxygen sensor and even headlight wiring. another wonderful experience today with mr. jaime and the crew at rocha automotive. needed some maintenance done to my car for the summer is once again upon us and just around the corner. so i like to be ahead on the maintenance needed and i dropped by last night to see when they had a chance and it definitely was not last night as they were swamped. so mr . jaime suggested this morning and unbelievably most of the cars from last night were gone and completed. so in no time mr. jaime took my car in and jumped on it himself and in no time my car was completed. i paid much less than what we agreed upon previously and that shows the honest work ethics of this shop. they will bend over backwards for anyone and really repair your car so your car will take care of you and remain reliable. but everyone should be realistic and understand this is a small business with a crew of three so if you feel entitled and need your car done right now when they are already slammed and then choose to be nasty about it please understand the issue is yours and not theirs. you will not find a nicer gentleman than mr. jaime and the professional that he is always helping everyone that walks into his shop and also always helping his mechanics to get the work completed always on time. above and beyond is the way this shop gets everything done. thank you once again mr. jaime and the crew for always doing wonderfully work in taking care of my car and always making my experience at your shop fantastic. may god bless all the angels that work at this shop read more

They got my car fixed quick and at a reasonable price! Honest and knowledgable, two things that are a must for a mechanic.

Long story short: 5/5 Stars for: communication, knowledge, respect, quality of service, and price. Short story long: My car threw a Check Engine Light (CEL) and gave me a code for a new mass airflow sensor (MAF). Bought the sensor from O'Reilly, and went to put it in on my own. Couldn't for the life of me get one of the screws out, and called Rocha Automotive to see if they could squeeze me in same day. Jaime answered and was able to squish me into his already packed schedule. He confirmed that the screw was jammed in and he was able to remedy that situation for me in under an hour. Since he had time he was able to service my MAF as well by installing it. While installing it he checked my air filter (I had just replaced it in Dec) and noticed it was one that was oiled. He explained to me that oiled air filters can sometimes mess with MAF sensors and to grab just an inexpensive one from the store to help. We ended up keeping my old MAF in, with the new inexpensive filter based on readings that the new MAF from O'Reilly was possibly failing (from the OBDII readings). Jaime at Rocha Automotive treated me not like an idiot woman (I'm looking at you 99% of mechanics out there), explained everything perfectly to the point he was able to remove items and physically show me, and was more than fairly priced for the estimate/resulting charge. I would recommend him and this location over anywhere in the Henderson area!! He definitely has a repeat customer in me, and I will be sharing his information with other friends and acquaintances in the area!!! read more

I came in for oil change and tire rotation and they had me in and out in no time..and his prices are super reasonable. I also had a tiny oil leak and he was able to pinpoint the issue in no time.
