When my wife initially bought her 2021 Ford Bronco Sport she added the 3rd party extended warranty for an additional cost directly from the Ford dealership. Well when Ford decides they no longer take 3rd party warranty's (go figure), I had to do my own shopping around. Most other dealers advised me it could be a 2-4 week process and the vehicle could not leave the yard. I reached out to ROCHA AUTOMOTIVE and he advised me he would look into whether the 3rd party warranty would cover the failed component and he got approval within a matter of days. The turn around for the repair was quicker than 2 weeks. Mr. Rocha's expedited service and professionalism exceeds far most within the automotive industry, these gentlemen sure know how to work and are evidently craftsmen of their Trade. They left my wife's car cleaner and better than when I brought it to them. Rocha Automotive will be my long time partner when it comes to our families auto repairs. Thanks again Rocha Automotive.

On Thursday morning, I noticed that my car was making this strange scraping noise whenever I put my foot on the brake. Until then, I have never heard this noise before. My car is a 2015 Kia Soul leased new, almost seven years old at this point, and I just paid it off this month and earned the title last week. My dad found Rocha Automotive and made an appointment for me on a Friday. I dropped my car off right when they opened in the morning and he drove me back to work. Three hours later, Jaime, the owner, called me and told me that my car would be ready by 2:00pm the same day. Turns out, the scraping noise was coming from the rotor. My brake pads were worn out, apparently for a very long time, and those and the rotor had to be replaced. When I bought my car in to the Kia dealership that I got it from to get the entire engine replaced last year (recall), they didn't do any other services besides that. My car now drives like new thanks to Jaime! I was charged almost $400 for the repairs, which is not too bad. If my dad had never found this place, I probably would've been charged way more at a different mechanic. If you're looking to get your car repaired at a reasonable price, then Rocha Automotive is the way to go.

I called Rocha Automotive to see if I could get a last minute oil change before heading to Cali. The owner answered, he said he had many appointments but he would fit me into the morning schedule. After I arrived Jamie and his team starting working on my car immediately. I waited on a comfy couch in the lobby which was very clean. Jaime had great customer service. This is Family owned business. If you are looking for a good mechanic you can trust I recommend you give Jamie a call. I will be back for my next oil change.

Not only did they diagnose and fix the transmission problem, but they also discovered other issues I had no idea about. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me so I understood exactly what was going on with my truck. What really stood out was their communication. They kept me updated the entire time--whether it was parts being ordered, delays in delivery, or progress on the repairs. I was never left wondering what was happening, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. They even provided pictures showing the damaged parts side by side with the new ones, which really showed their transparency and attention to detail. On top of that, they made sure to test drive the truck to confirm everything was running smoothly before handing it back to me. They also stepped in and corrected a mistake made by my warranty parts vendor, which could have easily turned into a much bigger headache. That level of honesty and dedication is hard to find. Overall, Sonny's Auto Repair is professional, thorough, and truly cares about their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality work, and clear communication.

My girlfriend came to this shop with a fuel level sensor issue (the little floaty thingy in the gas tank that tells your car how much fuel you have), code p0463, which is a fairly inexpensive fix. They quoted her $650 for a new fuel pump, $50 for a fuel pump seal, and $175 in labor. Came out to $1000-$1100 after taxes and the diagnostic fee. Not only were they trying to give her the most expensive fix possible, they were egregiously ripping her off for a fuel pump (as cheap as $200 third party). . To top things off, all it took to fix it in the driveway was buying a replacement fuel sending unit ($80) and watching a youtube video to replace it. If they were honest and just fixed that, I wouldn't have to be writing this review. . Even if we decided to replace the entire fuel pump, after doing a bunch of research online, the cost of replacing a fuel pump for this model of car should never be the close to $1100 she was quoted. . Now with all the great reviews this place has, I'm sure we just got unlucky with a bad apple of a technician. But please, please be careful as they seemingly tried to take advantage of my girlfriend who doesnt know anything about cars. GET A SECOND OPINION!

Unfortunately, our experience with this shop was extremely disappointing…read more We originally brought our car in on June 29 to have the shocks replaced. After picking it up, we immediately noticed a clunking noise that had not been present before the repair. When we brought the vehicle back, we were told an additional part needed to be ordered. From there, communication became a major issue. Days passed without any updates, and our attempts to reach the shop went unanswered. However, after my wife posted a negative review, we received an immediate response and were told to bring the car back in. The new part was installed, but the problem persisted. At that point, we were told a "brand-name" replacement part would need to be ordered instead (why is he not using brand name products?). While we understand that repairs don't always go as planned, we were left without confidence in the reliability of our vehicle and received very little proactive communication throughout the process. By July 8, we still had not heard anything, so I called to check on the status. During that call, the owner informed me that the part had actually arrived the day before and that he was planning to call us to bring it in "within the next few days." After already waiting more than a week, this was frustrating. What bothered us most was the way our concerns were handled. When I explained that we were unhappy with how the situation had been managed, the owner immediately became defensive. At one point, he told me that he "isn't responsible for my emotions." When I expressed concern that we had been left without reliable transportation, he responded that the car was "completely fine to drive." Given the ongoing noise and unresolved repair issue, this was not reassuring. A quick google search proved that the statement was not only incorrect but negligible and could have caused major damage to the car. When I asked whether we could receive a refund and take the vehicle elsewhere, he said that refunds were not available. The conversation became increasingly unproductive and hostile, and he eventually refused to discuss the matter further because my wife had signed the paperwork rather than me, despite the fact that I was present when the vehicle was dropped off. Shortly after the call, he texted my wife and stated that after installing the new part, he no longer wanted to service her vehicle because I had been "rude" to him on the phone. To be clear, I never raised my voice, used profanity, or became disrespectful. I simply expressed that we were unhappy with how the situation had been handled and wanted to explore our options. Our frustration comes from the lack of communication, the delays, and the dismissive and defensive responses we received when trying to resolve the problem. Additionally, we were completely turned off by the fact that the parts he uses is not of good enough quality that would prevent this issue from the first place. It took three total installations to resolve the matter, the first two was with his own parts that failed, the third was with a brand name that worked. In the end, we were left feeling unheard, unsafe, and without confidence in either the repair, the customer service or the shop. Based on our experience, we would not return and cannot recommend this shop. EDIT: I had a feeling that the owner would reply. But as you can see, there's nothing that addresses the way he treated us just that he repaired the car. Yes, he repaired the car after failing to do so the first 2 times he worked on it. He let us drive off twice with an impaired car that was caused by him. Guess all that he cares about is doing the work EVENTUALLY, not doing it right or doing it well the first time. AVOID.

I drove my car back to the mechanic and got it looked at- he did something/not sure. I drove away again and still the clunking is there, so I went back again to the mechanic. The mechanic said- they needed to order a part and it would come in Tuesday. It's now Thursday of the following week- I can't drive my car, they won't return my messages on the phone or email. My car now has a problem that wasn't there when I first brought it there. I really just want them to contact me back and fix my car correctly. The mechanic is rude. If you have an issue with faulty parts, don't expect him to do anything about it. Also go to a mechanic that can actually fix a car.
