A Plus charged me $200 for a battery they didn't give me. They either gave me a very old and corroded battery or they just jumped my car and it was the battery that was already in there. Either way they charged me for something they did not give me. They only take payment in cash, so it's hard to prove anything. I have no idea what actual work they did on my car and I'm now afraid to drive it any long distances.

Our most recent visit came after my car had multiple warning lights pop up: check engine, cruise control, and traction control. I initially took the car to another shop, USA Auto, because of their flexible hours. Unfortunately, that visit resulted in a nearly three-figure diagnostic fee and an estimated $3,000+ repair bill. After doing a little research, I discovered this is a common issue with her car; caused by not properly securing the gas cap after refueling. To confirm, I purchased an OBD2 scanner from Amazon, took photos of the codes, reset the lights, and took the readout to Leavitt's Auto Care. At Leavitt's, they confirmed no immediate repairs were needed. While there will eventually be work required on the catalytic converter due to normal wear and tear, the current issue wasn't urgent. Best of all, they didn't charge me anything for the inspection! This honesty and professionalism are exactly why we keep coming back to Leavitt's Auto Care. They've consistently proven to be one of the most trustworthy repair shops in Las Vegas, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of reliable auto care.

My trucks fuel pump took a dump on the on ramp of the 15fwy south heading home to Riverside county. It was 112° and we were stuck on the fwy NV-DOT moved us off to a safe location after 45min. All while I'm on the phone with AAA (of course it's not working out when we really need them) took me 4hrs to sort out where to go. I called several places and they wanted way way way too much money for just a replacement. We called auto zone for the part and told each person we called that we had the part and all said no. Except Juan. He said bring it in and he will get us back on the road. Of course AAA didn't get to his shop till 30min before he closed and Juan did a diagnostic to make sure it was the fuel pump. First tubing in the morning Juan worked on my truck. He did this work in about an hour and 30mins or less. We made it home that day safe. I couldn't even express how much of appreciation we have for him and his shop. As soon as we walked in it felt safe.
