These guys suck big time. They tied my car up for at least two months at there Henderson location. They charged me $2500 for a carburetor and remove the fuel from the fuel tank. This review is a long time coming. This place is absolutely amazing! Last year, our 2016 Kia Optima's engine broke and it was a complete headache. We were battling with Carmax warranty for around 5 months and had already been to 3 mechanics before going to grease monkey. Ray helped talk to our warranty and got them to finally agree to fix it. They helped us out A LOT!! Days after bringing our car home (which has been broken for MONTHS) the transmission went out (and I thought "oh no here we go again") but they took the car right back, talked to the warranty again, and got it fixed very quickly! They kept my classic truck for 2 years. they did not fix it. They relocated it to their Henderson location without telling me and They put over 1000 miles on it. Not only did they not fix it.They charged me 11,000.00 in CASH They broke the steering column and returned it unsafe to drive. Took it back and returned it with a broken steering wheel column and transmission and told me don't call back when questioned. The owner is not a mechanic he is a finance guy for a dealership. After driving back from Cali my 2016 Chrysler 200 check engine light, tire sensor light and fuel cap light was on. Also, my car has been running a little rough too. I've always taken my car to Chrysler*Jeep on Centennial but the tire sensor TSPM would be $200 for just 1 tire and they were backed up for an appointment almost a month. I literally had 900 miles left before my warranty of 100,000 miles expired so I called around and talk about a blessing in disguise! This is how I found "GMG" and they are truly THE BEST!!!! They not only fixed everything I asked but they did a thorough job looking over my car and fixed my problem of my car running a little rough. My car runs so smooth now it feels like a brand new car! If I could give these people a zero rating I would. I had a 1941 Lincoln and it was in. The grease monkey in Henderson and the doors opened perfectly and the. drivers door glass was cracked and the doors would not close. In addition to that the brake pedal went clear to the floor and they want to pay astronomical amount to fix that. I took the car to another garage to get the brakes fixed and also why the doors would not close and they reported back to me that apparently the frame was the cause of the doors not closing as the frame is possibly bent. I talked to Gunter, and he had all kinds of excuses, and kept saying not my fault not my fault not my fault. If you value your classic car stay away from this place as they probably will destroy it.! I used to come here for my number one mechanic Because they used to be extremely honest and had great deals And would make sure you wanted to come back as a customer by taking care of you. It's not like that anymore.. This past Friday on the 2nd I use them as a second opinion for my brakes and master cylinder, the other 3 places told me I don't need brakes, especially on the front, GM wanted to do ALL of my brakes Because they said they were bad but yet they didn't want to get me in that day even though they were sitting there doing nothing? Long story short I had to go to tire works and luckily they got me in that afternoon and fixed everything, They showed me how bad my back wheel cylinders were and told me they're surprised the other places let me drive off like that. it's completely unsafe and I'm so disappointed I used to love these guys.. read more

I came in with a broken trunk latch. They gave me a story that it was going to be really difficult to find the parts (I have a Toyota Camry) so the cost would be almost $400. They also explained it would be a fast job but they couldn't fit me for almost a week. I ordered the part on Amazon for $20, YouTubed how to change the broken latch (I am not mechanically minded or good with this kind of stuff) and had the repair done in 10 minutes.
