The availability of my primary medication has also been in short supply and at various times the particular pharmaceutical staff they were indifferent about trying to help me get it. This last week has been a very different story. The pharmacy staff have been extremely helpful in trying to access the primary medication and offered to help in transferring other prescriptions since they are now a "Preferred" vendor and price competitive with my new insurance. Yeah! Hoping this trend continues. My husband recently used the new lab in the store and was very pleased with the service. It's a 3rd party provider. BUT if you don't make an appointment online you are very unhappy with a long wait in a cramped area which we saw with walk-in customers. Results were provided efficiently to the doctor who ordered them and got one unusual lab test done right. With regard to non pharmacy services I like the store! It's very convenient in my neighborhood firstly. I've used the photo service to make a custom greeting card which was so nice and very reasonable. Their rewards and coupons are confusing and sometimes work or not when ordering on line. Part of the appeal for this store location from my experience is that it's very clean, has a strong customer base, and is well stocked and they move the inventory. You aren't getting products in mutilated boxes that have been sitting on a shelf for years. I guess perspective can determine point of view huh?

Even though the insurance companies have communicated the problem directly to them and they've known for days/weeks/months. You may get a text that says your prescription is delayed but that's all the communication you're going to get unless you INITIATE the communication. When you call them you're going to be speaking to an AI first of all, and then transferred to someone at a call center, probably overseas. They obviously don't care because look at all the 1 star reviews and they don't try to rectify the situation. Horrible company.

After a while of listening to hold music, the phone rang again, and I was unceremoniously placed back on hold without anyone speaking to me. I was killing some time before meeting friends. So went through every aisle. It seemed very cleaned, stocked and the staff was friendly. One asked if I needed anything and I told them I just killing time. I had a great chat with my cashier because I ended up spending $100 on a time killing trip. I only gave them 4 stars because the re was customers in the front not wearing mask. That didn't bother me but the fact the sign says mandatory I would like for establishments to abide by that. After waiting about 20 minutes for help, I was told I had to go back outside to get a signal to complete the check-in. When Safari refreshed twice, I had to return inside and scan the QR code all over again. Walgreens even sends a text before your appointment saying you can manage your vaccination online, but you can't use that text to check in when you arrive. Requiring a QR code in a store with no cell service is a broken system. There should be a way to check in from the appointment text or have the pharmacy check patients in without relying on the QR code.

It's terrific! The pharmacy has 3 windows plus a separate window down a few feet, to help customers.  I was there to get advice on choosing a product.  The employee called the pharmacist; she patiently listened to me and explained what I needed. She didn't act rushed or annoyed at my ignorance. The store has the regular promotions: buy 1 get 1 free and buy 1 get 1, 50% off, on certain vitamins, supplements, etc. There is also a photo lab and a standard large holiday section. I think I may transfer my prescriptions here.

Anyway I get there all eager with my handy dandy QR code FedEx sent me and No. At this location you have to print the label. Whaaaaa. No biggie. I did come back the next day and returned the package. The worker did tell me where I could go to return with the QR code but I opted not because I always pass this Walgreens on my way home. The other location is closer to my house but there is construction and I just prefer this spot. But with all these words print your FedEx label, no QR code. Workers were friendly and we even laughed at my encounter because I was all happy happy joy joy and then boom. I'm not. I'll still use them.
