I never look good in photos - either I'm looking at the floor or my eyes are closed or I forget to smile. Sergei was patient, showed me a few tricks ("portrait photography 101") that helped a lot, and produced several good photos. The studio is part of his living room and is very comfortable and informal, which I appreciated. Sergei himself is a nice guy and puts you at ease in what can sometimes be an awkward situation. The process was very efficient: I was with Sergei for about 20 minutes, he sent me the raw images that night and I picked my favorite the following morning, and by the day after that he sent me the retouched version that I could drop into my LinkedIn profile. About 48 hours from start to finish. Cost $100. (Note that he prefers PayPal, so if possible, be prepared to pay that way.) I would happily use Sergei again and would not hesitate to recommend him.
