Honestly, I wasn't going to write a review, but that lady Alex left my face so bruised. I have gotten Botox so many times and she is just horrible, horrible! My forehead is bruised. My eyes are bruised. She's awful. I went once before, and I was telling my friends how great it was because it's close to home, but with this second experience, I will not be going back. YELP NEEDS TO STOP REMOVING MY REVIEW.... I will continue to post it I posted I my reasons for disappointment in this place yesterday and I have no idea where my review went..... so I will write about my experience again. I purchased a Groupon for a classic set, the fine print said the appt needed to be booked with a Royal Artist and so I did. When I got there I was told that the person I booked with only does other types not the classic set so they put me with Tyler ; a Jr artist. He was very nice and I told him that I like a cat eye while we were standing at the front desk, they didn't mention it would be $20 more for this look. We went to the back and he discussed length and if I wear my glasses all the time I said yes. So he decided to go with a 14. Gigi in the back without looking at yells out to him to go with a shorter length so he did. Once I'm laying down and he has started he gets called to the front and when he comes back that's when he says it will be $20 more for the cat eye and if that's ok. What else can I say he had already started. When he finished and I checked out my lashes they were ok much shorter than what I was expecting. When I go to the front to pay Gigi looks at them and she says oh we could have gone with the 14 because your eyes are a bit sunken in. I wish she would have looked at me before telling him to do the shorter lash. My disappointment in this place is the information on their Groupon states to book with a Royal Artist and I got a Jr Artist, the "value" of the Groupon is $115 yet when I was charged it showed $79 and according to them it's because they have a special at that location btw I wasn't able to find that special on the site. My lashes don't feel like silk mink they feel like synthetic lashes. I personally do not see myself going back. I really wanted to love it since they are up the street from my job read more

I have been to eye clinic several times and was not satisfied with the work of their nurse Britney she doesn't have enough knowledge in threading, fillings nor botox. I have complained so much and asked for some of my money back but the main person Gigi refuse to ever respond back to my email. One of the workers at the front desk too doesn't know much about the company she said they didn't have a manager nor did they have after care treatment instructions which was a lie. I originally went here July 2023, to get the Kybella shots after seeing an advertisement. When I was ready to pay with my care credit card, the nurse had advised me that I needed to purchase a minimum of $1000 in services to be able to use my care credit card. I decided to get Botox for my very first time and see how I liked it. Literally a month later, my Botox has worn off and have not seen progress for the kybella shots (2). It's unfortunate, that I spent over $1,000 for nothing, I am so disappointed. The nurse, Jennifer was amazing, but the treatment did not last as I was told. Definitely not going back. read more

I was a little scared just because I've had a bad experience with lashes before. I got a great deal on Groupon that i couldn't pass up . So i called and scheduled my appt. i got there kinda early because i didn't know how much the wait was going to be. My appt was at 1030 i got there about 1015. Check in signed a form and was ready to go in. My lash tech was Jen she was very nice and detailed with everything and i like that because I'm the same way. Beyond unprofessional. I've read the bad reviews and thought twice about booking my Botox here but it's the only Botox provider that I can find that's open on the weekends. Booked my appointment two weeks in advance. When it's the hours before my treatment I got a phone call from the owner at 11am and she said the nurse would like to know if I can come in at noon. I work all week and only get weekends off so I told her I was only able to do it during the time I had scheduled my appointment, but I may come 30minutes earlier but that's the best I can do. An hour later I got a text from her confirming that I can come in at 3pm instead of 3:30pm. And 30 seconds after reply to the text and confirming I got a phone call stating that the nurse had to leave "due to a medical emergency" OK. Why even confirm with me through text just to cancel it all together 30 seconds later? She then tried to schedule me for another day. I just told her to cancel it altogether because I'm not playing this game on my day off. I had to block her number because she tried to call me back multiple times. Trust the bad reviews get your beauty treatments done elsewhere. read more

Its sad I have to write another bad review, I first came two weeks ago to the other location in buena park with the same lash tech gigi. My first time I wanted a full look and ended up paying $135 for a very natural look I had no extra time to tell her to fix it since she had already taken 2 hrs and the eyelashes were poking me n going in different directions even before I got home they had started falling off later that day i was upset n wrote a bad review i was then immediately contacted by gigi and was told to come in for a free fix so i could change my review. THIS TIME WAS WORSE she texted me the day before saying she really wanted to spend two hrs fixing and making them full so I was excited to finally get what i wanted instead i got missing gaps and a bald inner corner on one eye. I got there at 11:55 my appointment was at 12 she was still working on a client so i waited outside for about 10 min till she opened the door for me i then waited an extra 20-30 min till she even really got started, while she was working on me she kept stopping to answer the phone which I was understanding about cuz there was not receptionist until we finished because she had another client there and she didnt even give me 1 hr of work she finished around 1:30 and when i told her i had no hair in one inner corner she said "sorry i have no time, more important to make it look full" she then hurried me out and didnt even give me a option for a fill which im glad ill never come back here for eyelash extensions.
