Had eye exam at this location on July 29. Charged $952 that day. Multiple trips back to store, three attempts to fix/remake glasses and FOUR MONTHS LATER I STILL do not have a pair of appropriate glasses. (In four months glasses have been in my possession less than 14 days total). Wearing glass for 12 years. Not my first (or even second) pair of glasses. NEVER had a problem like this at any other eyeglass store/vendor/provider. I have been patient and have allowed them multiple times to try to get it right and they just can't seem to do it. No refunds even it they get it wrong. They expect me to keep coming back and allowing them more attempts but I AM JUST DONE with them. read more

I have been coming to this eyewear store since they opened. They truly make you feel like family and are always willing to go the extra mile to give you an amazing experience. Today when we came in Jackie was so incredibly patient and helpful with my mom and I and helped us try on tons of of pairs of glasses. I love how neat clean and organized the store is and how they are willing to help you no matter what. Last year I came to this place for the $100 eye exam which included free contact lenses. They gave me I think 15 or 20 boxes of sample lenses free so I was pretty happy. Decided to pick up more lenses since I ran out and they sold me those same free sample boxes for $30 a pop which came out to $180. To disguise the fact that these are free sample boxes they took the lenses out of the boxes and gave them to me in ziplock bags (lol), so $30 a box is really $30 a bag. There are a couple problems with this: 1) They shouldn't be charging full price for samples which are presumably free or low cost for the store 2) They are ripping off an established customer -- ripping anyone off is bad, but ripping people off who returned to your establishment to do business with you because they had a positive experience is worse 3) Disguising the ripoff by taking the lenses out of the box and putting them in ziplock bags just looks ghetto. Very disappointing. I may report them to the contact lense company for fraud. read more

Great place with courteous staff, and very helpful. The salesperson took the time to show me all the options available. Did not feel rushed at all. Store has an excellent array of options for customers to choose from ranging from low prices to high-end glasses. Salesperson took the time to explain the impact of the weight of the frame of the eyeglasses because my lenses were on the heavy side. Very thankful for the explanations. Definitely did not want a heavy frame. Called about 1/2 before the store was closing to see if my glasses were there. The person said there ready and actually waited for to pick up my eyeglasses. read more

I had a great experience. Eye exam, plus glasses (including frame and lens) is $100 If you need anti-glare its $60 (worth the additional $60 of course) Will be recommending other people to come also. Eye doctor is very personable and professional. Sales people don't really upsell you, or push you to get name brand glasses. read more

Although the service is friendly (but in a forced way) the place is equivalent with the word 'filth'. The carpet looks like it hasn't been properly cleaned (or at least vacuumed) in over a year. I just felt very uncomfortable being there. Half-dimmed lights, non-saturated colors, worn-out eye-wear posters and cut-outs... it just made me feel like I was in an antique store of eyeglasses. ***UPDATE*** Although it took some time to get them in they worked with me till I was happy. Sal, the owner is extremely accommodating had me check 3 different times by 2 doctors and was willing to fix my glasses no matter what it took. They also credited $200 for the inconvenience. Overall I'm happy because he took the time and effort in fixing my issue. It has now been 4 weeks waiting for my $850 glasses... Still not received! If I could give this place a negative rating I would. Dirty, horrible customer service NO RETURNS even if they are the wrong prescription!!! These people have no idea what they are doing. NEVWR AGAIN!!! $850 for glasses I will NEVER wear! And they LIE about everything!!! read more

They have an archaic system where everything is done on paper. I went in for an eye exam, and they lost it. Then when they called to advise they found it, the young woman proceeded to blame me, "oh yeah your last name looked like it started with an S". No, I have been writing my name for longer than you have been on this earth. It was your incompetence. I would rather take my business to a place that would at least acknowledge their mistake and try to make things right. read more

Rip off, unprofessional, charged my card WITHOUT my consent. Sloppily made glasses- lenses aren't even and the glass comes out of the frame and the WRONG prescription in the glasses all together, asked for them to fix it and they didn't, asked for a refund and they said no refunds EVEN if it is their mistake!!! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD STAY AWAY. They lied about the "customer satisfaction" and NOTHING IS REFUNDABLE EVEN IF THEY MADE THE GLASSES IN THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION. read more

September 2018 bought prescription transition glasses from this store, when I tried them outside on a sunny day, they weren't dark enough. I asked the salesman before I bought them if they turn dark in the sun and he said "yes". I complained to him and he said, he will send them to the lab to get the right ones. After one week, got a call to pick them, tried them on the sun, they were the same lenses like the first ones. I don't think he ever send them to the lab, he just left them in store for a week and then call me. I complained again and was told there is nothing they can do. A rip off. read more

Last Saturday March 09, 2019 my wife suffered a brain aneurysm; had not been for the quick thinking on part this wonderful staff my wife would have died. When we walked in this place we were greeted by a incredibly friendly staff. The eye doctor was very gentle and friendly in our eye exams. When looking for glasses Anna was so patient and helpful. She also gave me the best deal. She also gave my daughter a pair of glasses free because while we were there and she tried to clean her glasses they broke. The past comments were reviews under the last owners / management. I was there on 3/16/2013 for my Daughters first pair of Eye Glasses. The service was great, I was given a big discount a designer pair of frames. The sales people and Owner were wonderful. The sales team did not force anything on us. I was greeted immediately by Agetha. Even though I was just browsing, she tended to my every need by listening to the look I wanted to achieve. I showed her several similar pictures I took at (4) other optical stores. She knew right away what type of frame I should have. I told her my price range. We finally agreed on the right look for my personality and face. Something classic,simple, yet fashionable.She showed me no less than 8 frames. I finalized my selection on 3 frames. I took selfies to send to my family. She was very patient while I was waiting for a response. Agetha was very pleasant, and professional. I never had the feeling that I was being pushed towards more a expensive frame. I found the final price for everything (progressives,transitionals lenses, and Crizal) very affordable and the price range I was seeking.
