Went to get my eyebrows threaded today at noon. I've been here countless times & this is my second bad experience. Not to mention they are rude to customers! They complain about accepting anything except cash even though they have a card reader. If you go I recommend going on the weekends! The lady who is there on weekdays in the mornings is horrible!!! She put a gap in my left eyebrow and took the skin off of my right eye!!! This is the second time she has done this but I gave it another chance! I'm going out of town this weekend and I look a mess. Absolutely terrible. The whole thing was rushed, not only do my eyebrows have no arch anymore they're too thin. I asked her to clean them up and keep them thick. On top of that she was rude, telling me I needed to get my forehead threaded too because my eyebrows and forehead were blending together. Threading is the only hair removal method I can use because of my VERY sensitive skin. I have been getting my upper lip and eyebrows threaded for the last 6 years. After moving here I located this salon because I was in need of threading services. I gave this place two tries. Both times I've had the same gal and she IS NOT THOROUGH. At first I thought that she was just fast, and she did get the darker longer hairs. But when I got home and looked in the mirror in good lighting, I noticed she left the lighter hairs along my lip line and lip creases and all the long light hairs under my eyebrows. I'm very disappointed. The service was not worth what I paid for it and after two tries I'm done. My previous salon never left those hairs so I know it's possible to remove them with threading if the person doing the threading isn't rushing, paying attention and being thorough. read more

This was probably the worst experience I've ever had in what was supposed to be a professional salon. I walked in was greeted by the Manager/Owner at which point a young girl that was sitting on the couch on her phone got up said " sit down" which I did and she then said " lay back" and proceeded to thread my brows. No consultation, no hello, no question such as do you want your brows thin or thick, absolutely nothing! I've had my brows threaded many times but this was my first time here, I can assure you it will be my last. She was extremely rough and made no excuse for it just wham, bam, not even a thank you ma'am! She obviously hates what she does, has no customer service skills at all! Afterwards when I went to pay and was told they prefer cash, do I have cash, I said no I have my card. He then says "well next time please try to remember we like the cash better". Are you kidding me!!! There won't be a next time so it won't be an issue!! As I was leaving another lady was on the outside in the mall looking in and I told her I would waste your money! Both times I've gotten the same person and she's done in like 3 minutes and isn't very friendly. But after yesterday idk if I'll come back. My right eye was killing me after she was done and I didn't think anything of it because threading hurts. But I find out later that my eye is swollen and I didn't notice until I got home. Figure it would be gone by this morning. Nope it's worse. The swelling is from my eyebrow all the way done to the crease of my eye. Not to happy about that and have no clue what to do read more

The Harbison Mall: Every girl in here is not the same. They have different girls in here on different days. Their are two young ladies in here who are awesome, if I walk by and she is there then I will get this service. These girls switch between the Sandhills store and the Harbison mall. Sadly, there is another lady that works on Sunday she has destroyed my eyebrows twice. When I came in if she is there I just keep walking. It takes eyebrows too long to get corrected. read more

I prefer to get my eyebrows threaded to waxed so I've gone here around 10 times. Experience varies by who you get. There are two women that work here one older and one younger. Older one does a fantastic job never have any issues. Younger one. I've gotten my eyebrows done by her at least four times and every experience is bad. She constantly breaks the thread a minimum of two times per eyebrow. One time when she broke it her mail stabbed my inner ear enough to draw blood. She has mismatched my eyebrows to where I ask her to correct them. Today she was working on one eyebrow more so than the other so I knew it was gonna be thinner already. After the third time she broke the thread it hurt so bad I had to rub my eye to which she replied with an attitude "you're done, you're done." Not to mention she was sick on top of all that. If your physically ill you probably shouldn't be coming into work if your work is close proximity to customers. I've given enough "maybe this time will be better." read more

The black woman in the salon (didn't get her name because she didn't introduce herself) did not listen to me at all when I told her how I wanted my brows to be done (NOT TOO THIN). She just started to thread away and made them thin anyway. Then I hand her my card to pay ( I should have refused) and she replies "You don't have cash?" with an attitude. I've had three different women thread my brows, and they always come out amazing. They are skilled at cleaning and shaping brows. Honestly, I have NO idea what everyone is talking about. I gave this place three times and after the last one I am neeeevveerrrr going back. I asked her to keep them thick and EVERY SINGLE TIME she stripped my brows down as though I was Christina Aguilera circa 2000. I grew my brows out for TWO months and then they were gone in less than 5 minutes. Do you know the devastation when you look in that mirror and you have no eyebrows and they're crooked?! Also, I've been getting my brows threaded for YEARS (I just moved down to Columbia from out of state) and I've never had threading so rough. They could be more gentle but they choose not to be.
