Whoever the new lady was, MADE IT SHORTER FROM THE INSIDE TO THE MIDDLE! I left so upset. I had my graduation photos this weekend 5/1/2026 and was last minute so I decided to give it another try. Walk in, SAME LADY! I'm big on benefit of the doubt and was thinking, "Okay, maybe she misheard me last time" so I gave her a second chance. I told her, "JUST A CLEAN UP PLEASE! I have a photoshoot." She did what I asked and will say she redeemed herself. However, I will say that she did go to rough that I have some little scabs -- I'm not sensitive so it's no biggy for me but I mean, just something to not. I'll be honest, I'll go back IF I AM ABSOLUTELY DESPERATE. Otherwise, I'm going to have to find another place because the new staff member they have, makes me a bit weary.

So I had to do it myself and I'm not a professional and it didn't come out right. She didn't even try to make it symmetrical because she was in a hurry. And that's how my permanent eyeliner looks. It's depressing to look at everyday in the mirror and to have to fix with makeup. It looks horrible without makeup so I can't even go without makeup without looking weird. Also had to sit through derogatory rap music. It was an uncomfortable appointment in every aspect. Andrea was rough with my skin and made it inflamed. I waited patiently for her to explain everything to the client she had before me and she was 30 minutes late for my appointment. I was kind and gracious only to be rushed and treated like a burden after I spent $300 on my last appointment and then $150 on this regrettable appointment. I would remove this review if Andrea attempted to fix the issue that I made her aware of at the appointment and in this initial review she responded to. However, she offered me no resolution because obviously she doesn't care that she screwed up my face. And that's a big deal. That's something I have to see everyday and live with. The website is misleading as it appears you can book an appointment at a wide range of time slots; however those times are not true to the owner's availability. The website also does not allow you to book the touch-up, and those appointments must also be arranged via text. Many of my messages have gone unanswered (read receipts to prove that), making it challenging to secure an appointment within the recommended timeframe. My girlfriend's initial appointment was in January, and it is not April and she still has not received the follow-up appointment. Additionally, punctuality was an issue during the initial appointment, and the overall experience was extremely unprofessional. I chose this business because through research, it seemed like a great professional business, but that has proven not to be the case. Overall, due to the lack of communication, scheduling difficulties, and unprofessional environment, I would not recommend wasting time or money on this business! This boutique is located across from the dessert diner, so I could definitely see parking being an issue on a nice downtown afternoon. The threading station is located inside of a boutique store, so it could easily be missed. I didnt have an appointment, but I waited maybe 10 mins, since she was working on a client right before me. Overall great experience and it was a joy to have only paid 10 dollars for some fresh eyebrows. I was able to pay with card. But I definitely want to bring cash next time!
