Regretfully giving one star. I got my brows tinted and threaded here and the lady made them way too thin. My brows are about 1 hair thin now on the ends. Very sad because it takes my brows forever to grow out. They have never been this thin. When I told the ladies they were too thin, they did not offer any remedy or rectify the issue. Arlin never disappoints. I've been going to her for 7 months and she always does an amazing jobs with my eyebrows. I recently went to a new place because I was short on time and it was conveniently there, BAD idea the lady ruined my eyebrows *sighs* made them super thin. I had to grow them out for 7 weeks! And they are still not all there. I went back to Arlin all embarrassed and explained what happened. Needless to say she fixed me up and advice me to continue to let them grow. From reading all the reviews for Arlin I decided to come and get my eyebrows done by her. I must say her threading expertise are up to par and on point. I've been coming here for almost six months and I've been always lived in Irvine which is a bit of a drive. I have to drive 40 min to come here, but she is always worth the drive.Arlin is so nice and friendly. She really knows what she is doing. She asked me if I wanted to keep my eyebrows thick which I appreciate because my previous threader would make it too thin all the time. She was very careful with my eyebrows. She literally measured my eyebrows ( with the thread) to see if she threaded even amounts off. I specifically told her to leave mine thick and not to trim too much and Arlin listened to my request and she dose the way I wanted. Note: ( make sure to Ask for Arlin) I tried the other ladies who work there couple of times but I like Her more. So happy that I found this place. This place is amazing. Tucked away in between Starbucks and Neiman Marcus, it's a very clean AIR CONDITIONED kiosk. Came in on a Tuesday around 3 with no appointment for eyebrow threading and tint. Had no wait time and was served immediately. Brow threading was painless and tint came out amazing, and only $30! Looks like I've filled in my eyebrows without having to put on any makeup. The only thing I dislike is that most of the time when they are done with your eyebrows (not just this location, but many) they ask "upper lip too?" On my way to Starbucks, I bumped into a gentlemen who handed me down with a flyer about getting my eyebrows threaded. Initially, I was hesitant and as I waited for my beverage inside Starbucks, I couldn't help but notice, through the transparent windows, smiles all around--in and out of the kiosk. So, I decided to get them done. As I entered the kiosk, I absorbed the positive energy that the staff and customers were surrounding within the environment. Arlin did my eyebrows and then noticed that I had a few stubs on my upper lip and chin. I have admitted to her that I pluck and wax because I refuse to shave, to avoid the maintenance of the 5 o' clock shadow and my hair growing back thicker/faster. So, she informed me that she could thread them off as an option. As a result, my skin is as smooth as a baby's bottom and as someone with a low pain tolerance such as myself, it did not hurt at all. Never had I thought that threading could go beyond just the eyebrows. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend those seeking an amazing outcome within a friendly environmental staff to come check this place out!
