I don't know if the glue and lashes have changed to cheapen the cost but something has! They don't just start to fall out , out of the blue after a few days! To tell a customer " you can come in and pay $75 to have them fixed is absurd! My Response: I already told you I was going elsewhere Lauren. If my husband does a job and the door knob falls off he doesn't " charge " an absurd fee to fix it" he wants his clients to be happy. That policy is nowhere on your site , and it's not like the tech doesn't get a tip etc, I've offered to pay she said " no worries" . But to want to charge $85 in between 2 week lash appointments for lashes that just start falling out is just ridiculous! I had to continuously ask her to remove the fuzz from the cotton balls from my nails prior to her painting over them. Not only was it the worst manicure I've ever gotten, but it was incredibly overpriced. I got these done last Friday and they are already beginning to lift. Usually, a dip manicure lasts at LEAST 3.5 weeks. I'm upset I even paid for such a horrible experience. I will not be returning. Would've given 0 stars if I could.
