Until recently my lashes have been just falling off after a few days! I pay so much every two weeks to have them filled and then to be told I have to pay $75 in between to have them fixed! That is NOT a company that cares about their clients and the quality of their work! It doesn't matter if the " lashes are too heavy" the lash tech should determine that and know not to put on if my natural lashes can't hold it! I don't know if the glue and lashes have changed to cheapen the cost but something has! They don't just start to fall out , out of the blue after a few days! I am shocked that money is more Important to the owner than retaining her long time loyal customer! I will find a place to spend my $ that actually cares!!! To tell a customer " you can come in and pay $75 to have them fixed is absurd! My Response: I already told you I was going elsewhere Lauren. You know how much $ I've spent in past 2 years at your business. I'm really surprised at how it was handled. If my husband does a job and the door knob falls off he doesn't " charge " an absurd fee to fix it" he wants his clients to be happy. Shay didn't recommend a lighter lash until it happened more than once. That policy is nowhere on your site , and it's not like the tech doesn't get a tip etc, I've offered to pay she said " no worries" . But to want to charge $85 in between 2 week lash appointments for lashes that just start falling out is just ridiculous! Sometimes it's the product etc. especially after 2 years and all sudden there's issues! I just felt like basically paying for a full set is ridiculous! I just asked for the bare spots to be fixed!
