Horrible place, went in as a walk in filled out paperwork waited about 45 min and was never seen, they couldn't fit me in since lunch time was coming up. Office manger was no help guess lunch is THAT important. I'm in the medical field and never would I turn a patient away for that. Ended up going to VisionWorks at arrowhead mall and they were nothing short of amazing there! Dr was amazing, staff was amazing and they actually cared about you and helping you! What a great experience! I am new to this area and I had no idea where to go get glasses with my new vision insurance. Eyeglass world took my insurance so I figured why not give them a try! I have called 5 times today to get an appointment, 1 time I got an answering machine saying I called after business hours (at 3:15), 3 times someone picked up and hung up on me and the last time a lady picked up and before I could say anything she said "your going to have to hold on" and then she hung up on me. So if you are able to get in touch with them and actually get an appointment let me know how their service is, because their office portion of this business sucks. I gave up and called America's Best and wow what do you know, they picked up on the 3rd ring and I have an appointment on the day I requested and the time I have available. I brought my son here for some glasses, our first time here. Looking for some where to go to get the best deal for him. 2 Pairs of Glasses $78 or BOGO on Designer Glasses My son, we will call him Corey, is pretty happy far as i know with his glasses. The exam was pretty fast and thorough. Corey was able to make his appointment and get in the same day. He chose his glasses and got them within a few days. No appointment need to the glasses pick up and adjustment. We picked up the additional insurance on them just in case. Hopefully we won't need to use it but if we do, i will update my review with how that went. Overall, we are pretty happy and we will be back, if that is the route that Corey wants to go. read more

My husband and I have been following Dr.Cline for years, he's awesome! First time today in the new Arrowhead location , it was the second day they were open so they didn't have everything moved over yet but it's a nice place. The staff was great! It was nice to see some familiar faces from the old office. We were greeted and helped right away, my husband and I enjoy our talks during our appts with Dr.Cline. I would give 0 stars. After paying $450 and insurance paying $500. The glass lenses suck and the frame looks hideous on me. I called to see the return policy. The girl who answered shushed me off the phone! No answers just come in. I asked if there was a general idea of the process. She refused and tried to hang up on me. I had to call corporate to find out the policy on returns. I should have known from the bad vibe I got from the actual optometrist that this place is horrible. Came here for a pair of glasses for the shooting range. Told the Doc. I only needed the glasses once every 2 or 3 months for the range. The idiot guy who sizes the glasses at the Peoria store told me that I need to wear the glasses for 2 hours to 24 hours a day to get used to the glasses. I told him, why wasn't I told that by the Doctor when I had my eye exam. The guy said, sarcastically...."Well, I'm telling you." Rather then make a scene which I really wanted to put this idiot in his place, I took the higher road said, "Just refund me my money back I'll go to a real Doctor." I walked out. If I could give them ZERO STARS I WOULD! After waiting for a week and a half for my appointment, the day of when I came in, they told me that NO APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED. I showed her the phone call I had placed with them then she looked in the computer and tells me that she sees all of my information in the system but no appointment set! Read reviews online and was initially weary to come in, but they were the only place that could get me in same-day, but now I see why they have such open availability. The women who work there are overwhelmingly unfriendly, and have zero customer service skills. After waiting a week for my contacts to come in (overpriced I might add), I come home only to notice that 2/4 boxes are the WRONG PRESCRIPTION. I return them, only for the unattractive mopey faced worker to condescendingly ask me why I thought they were wrong. I've worn contacts for 12 years, wearing the same prescription for the last 5 years, I seriously doubt my prescription would change so drastically in one year. Eventually she gets the paper document, and of course, she is wrong. I have to wait a week for them to be re-ordered, but that was no big deal. Walk in a week later, same three under enthused women on the floor, only one actually helping a customer, one literally just walking around, and one eating her lunch at the counter in front of customers. I waited 20 minutes just to pick up contacts that THEY made the mistake of ordering. It doesn't really take anyone smart to hand over contacts, I could have went behind the counter and got them myself. If you want to get in quick, this place will do, but don't expect anything outside that. If I could give it zero stars, I would. read more

Went for the first time here instead of going back to Nationwide. The exam was good but the service I received afterwards was horrible. Brittany was very pushy and telling me I should get bifocals which I did not need only reading glasses. Telling me I needed other things too. I went back to Nationwide and got what I needed and it will only coast me maybe 10 dollars instead of 50 to 80. read more

My glasses I had purchased previously with eyeglass world (that I was very happy with) unfortunately we're damaged yesterday, frame arm was bent, stopped in to see if there was any way they could fix/adjust. Customer service sucks here. Half the time I question if they even know what they're doing. I went in for an eye exam, and I asked Dr. Saleki to measure my pupil distance. She said they can do it when I go and pay. As I'm paying I ask again, they told me "since you're not buying frames we're not measuring your PD." Really? I paid $39 for an eye exam and you can't measure something for 2 seconds? The African American worker was one of the rudest I've come across. I've been going here for a couple years & each time it goes downhill. I'll continue to go with Costco! The selection is quite limited here as well. read more

Went into the store for the two pairs for $78 Greeting was very friendly and I was left to look at the different frames. A young man assistant asked if I needed help and assisted with my final choice. He was super helpful with choosing lenses and there was zero upsell or pushiness. I had a great experience here. It was a good price. I got an appointment quickly after calling and the scheduling was easy. While waiting, I looked at glasses and started trying on. The high end options are locked up but there was someone willing to help me by unlocking every pair I wanted to try on (which was a lot, I'm super picky) and I didn't feel rushed at all even after spending quite some time looking at all my options. I felt they helped me get the best price for my needs and it was buy one get one free glasses! The turn around time was fast although I did call and check if they were ready and they said yes before having ever called me to tell me. I was just very excited to get them. I went to get my eye exam here and it was awful. Employee "Willy" is beyond disrespectful. The way he was rushing me to pick out my glasses was unacceptable thus the reason why I chose not to do business with them. I asked them to fax in my prescription to my new office & they ensured my request was completed. I go to the office at 5:45 & sure enough they never got anything. Just my luck "Willy" answered my call & rudely stated I needed to get the office to send a request for my prescription. He didn't even let me tell him what was going on. When I came here yesterday I was ready to give them one star, but the friendly staff won me back. Mark is the bomb! (Pardon the tired vernacular.) Today's doctor saw me right on time, unlike yesterday when I just left after being kept waiting for fifty minutes. My time is valuable too folks! But today Mark was attentive, helpful and fun to sit and chat with as we went over my options. Instead of trying to up sell me on options I didn't need, we looked everything over and chose the best options for me. Kudos to Mark!!! I had my initial appointment nearly 2months ago. Never got a call my trial contacts were in so I decided just to order the sample I was given. When I finally got ahold of someone they said they had ordered the wrong trials and reordered them stating it would take a week. Rhey also wpuld not let me order until i use the trials. I was very offended because I am not someone who lies about my eyesight. I want to have perfect vision not bullshit eye sight and wearing big ass glasses or sticking my fingers in my eyes. Today I had an appointment. I did show up 30 minutes early prior to my scheduled time. No one told me it was during there lunch time (even though they had me fill out forms) and all of a sudden no one is around on the optical exam side. Very rude. After 15 min the optometrist showed up and without a word went in a room and closed the door. I waited till the exact time of my appointment still no one showed or let me know of any information. I left. Very bad customer service. It's really sad when I have taken a family of 4 there for more then 5 years and they have just lost a customer. read more

Wow I don't know where to begin. I had this place at 5 stars but that was for the old doctor and evaluation. I guess everyone is nice when they're taking your money. I posted earlier with the thought that i would get my contacts but I'm still waiting - 7 months and counting!! Customer service is non-existent in this place so STAY AWAY!! I was waiting for them to call me when they received the third contact brand in my strength, but I've had to call them three times now! Absolutely NO communication. This time Mary belle tells me i have to get a whole new exam done because the doctor is in another location and can't sign my prescription. Again, great communication to the patients huh? All i want now is the air optics brand so at least ill get something for all that money and time wasted, but she said no way. I asked for the manager but he won't be in until Thursday. I got my new eyeglasses and sunglasses through this company about 2 months ago. The right lens on my glasses were shattered along the edges, which is strange because they are supposed to be poly carbonate lenses. The same lens doesn't fit in the frame properly, either, not going all the way up to the upper nose side of the frame. So I went back to get them on 6/11/16 and the woman who helped me said that she would just order a whole new lenses and frames, because of the ill fit of the lens in the frame. I called this morning around 10:30 AM, 6/27/16, over 2 weeks later to see where my replacement pair was at and was told the lenses were in! I explained the situation about new frames. The lady said she was with a customer and would call me back as soon as she was done. Nobody ever did call me back so at 6:30 PM, 6/27/16, I called back and spoke to a man with a French accent who tried to tell me the same thing "I'm with a customer right now, let me take your information and I'll call you TOMORROW morning". That's not acceptable at all since I've been waiting for over 2 weeks already and what they got was wrong. Now they're telling me that I have to come in tomorrow after work and pick a new pair of frames, mine are discontinued & nobody had the sense to call me on 6/11/16 to tell me so they just ordered lenses for frames they no longer exist. New frames and ANOTHER 2 + week wait for them. Next time I have to get my glasses I will spend my $800+ somewhere else!!!!! read more
