I went to this location in November 2024 for an eye exam due to headaches from looking at screens. Everything went fine with the exam, and when I ordered my glasses, I was told by Anthony that he needed to contact my insurance company and would get back to me. He never did. On Monday, I had to call him--not the other way around--only for him to tell me insurance wouldn't cover the cost. I told him that was fine and to order the glasses anyway. He agreed. Two days later, I called again to check the status, and he said it would take about six weeks to arrive. Fast forward FOUR MONTHS, and I have not received a single update. On March 5, 2025, I called yet again, and this time, Anthony acted like he had no idea what was going on, repeating that insurance wouldn't pay for the glasses--completely ignoring the fact that I had already authorized the order back in November. Not only did he fail to place my order, but he was also rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. When I went in person, he refused to provide his last name, refused to write his name down, and had a terrible attitude the entire time. He even slammed my card down and acted like I was the problem, despite his complete incompetence. There was no manager on-site, no apology, and absolutely no accountability for wasting four months of my time. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this location at all costs--especially Anthony. His lack of customer service, professionalism, and basic decency is beyond unacceptable. Zero stars if I could.

Unfortunately, this has been one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had with any business. Within one year, my lenses have cracked three separate times -- always in the same spot and always within 1-2 months of getting them replaced. I have never dropped or damaged my glasses. This has never happened to me before, and I usually keep my lenses for 3-4 years without issues. When I went back to the store to address the problem, the manager was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of helping me understand why this keeps happening or offering a real solution (like checking or replacing the frame), he told me there was nothing more they could do and that after this remake, I'd be "on my own." When I said I might dispute the transaction since I wasn't getting the service I paid for, he told me to leave the store and sarcastically said, "good luck with the dispute." It was humiliating to be treated that way, especially in front of my wife and kids. I paid over $600 for what I thought would be quality lenses and customer service -- and instead, I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. I've always supported local businesses, but I cannot recommend Fraser Optical after this experience. The adjustment was done and out I walked. Sometime later my wife told me that I had an indentation on each side of my head where the arms of the frames went. My glasses kept slipping and they were very uncomfortable. I went back for another adjustment and Michelle was working. Bottom line. The previous "adjustment" damaged the frame and Michelle replaced the frame and fit them perfectly to my head. I will keep going there but will make sure Michelle is working when I go.
