I don't do reviews often, but these guys were so great, I feel it an injustice not to. My family has been severely effected by mold exposure at an apartment complex we reside in. Anyone who has been affected knows how scary it is and how all the systems in your body get negatively impacted (including hormones). My anxiety was through the roof and I was so foggy brained. The day escrow closed I smelled mold. I called many contractors and spent too much money trying to determine where the mold smell was coming from. I loved it!!!! However, the mold test came back very high for Chaetomium -- a hazardous, slow growing mold that is poisonous to those with autoimmune issues. Robert was indignant that if the wealthy (Rancho Santa Fe owner) had just changed the $50 tack strip -- along with the carpets -- that this moisture and mold growth wouldn't have been an issue! (His housekeeper over washed the carpets because she had three dogs). The Seller's agent did not disclose the dogs when I asked (I am allergic). Hence, the condo necessitated thousands of dollars of mold remediation under containment with negative air scrubbers. Luckily, I was able to back out of the sale -- thanks to Robert!!!! He is a lifesaver! ** Also Buyer Beware if a place look too perfect", look for signs of Killz (to conceal leaks/odors/mold).
