He had a long line of clients but acknowledge me upon arrival and made me aware that I would be waiting just a few minutes as he processes the people in front of me. Fast forward to drop off, in my experience there is never a dull moment in customer service as he had a client that was let's just say "not a happy camper " but acknowledged that individuals grief while acknowledging me upon my return. He took care of me from beginning to end and would highly recommend him and this particular location. If there were six stars, Christian would get them! Each time I tried to speak with someone directly, the call either went unanswered or felt like it was being disconnected. I understand places get busy, but not being able to reach anyone for simple rental information is unacceptable. Customer service matters, especially when people are relying on transportation. Based on this experience alone, I would rather take my business somewhere that actually makes customers feel valued. Hertz at the airport was going to charge me $440 for a 5-day rental, which did not make me happy and in my view, was price gouging. I needed to find a rental car close by that was cheap, and Stop-N-Go was half the price. Ultimately, the car worked fine although the brakes were terrible and the ride nothing to write home about, but it got me where I needed to go until I picked up my new car. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

He did everything from getting all the paperwork done, to getting the car, cleaning + washing the car and doing the hand off in the parking lot. We felt bad for him, he worked nonstop and couldn't even take a break because there was a line of customers waiting to be assisted. Luckily, all the customers we encountered were VERY patient. If this would've happened at a different neighborhood/location, I assure you that there would be a lot of complaints due to the long wait. We got a Honda HRV, which was in great condition and was clean. We hope that they've hired at least another associate for this location. Kudos to the hardworking gentleman at the location. We didn't get his name but we think he's the manager.
