ANTHONY! Such a life saver! I was recently involved in an accident and working with insurance for a rental. I have 3 kids under 7 in car seats and need a 3 throw SUV compatible to my personal vehicle. Every enterprise I contacted told me to just call around-- Anthony was such a breath of fresh air. He went above and beyond, he took time out of his day and searched his system for 3 row SUV's and found some! He went ahead and pointed me in the right direction. Great customer service! As someone who rents cars constantly for work, I've become pretty familiar with this Enterprise location since it's the closest one to my home. It's a smaller branch, so the car selection can be a bit limited--selfishly, I wish they had some fancier options so I could show off a little on the job (a girl can dream, right?). That said, the staff here more than make up for it. I've interacted with nearly everyone who works at this location, and the customer service is consistently top notch. They're super friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer my many questions. On multiple occasions, they've gone out of their way to help me with pickup or drop-off, which I really appreciate. My one piece of advice: plan ahead and show up a bit early. My car has never been ready right at my reservation time, which can be a little frustrating when you're on a tight schedule. 1 - I made a reservation to rent a car. 2 - An enterprise rep left me a voicemail message confirming the reservation. 3 - I returned the reps call, confirming that I would be there to rent a car. 4 - I arrived for my rental car, only to learn that there were no cars available! I made an online reservation on Veterans Day for a compact SUV, I arrive for my reservation and I'm being asked if I'm flexible to change my car for a sedan and I explain to the associate that I have a child with special needs and would prefer an SUV since I have to carry special equipment around for him. I waited 1 hour and a half past my reservation time & the vehicle finally came! I didn't know there was a $300 hold on my car in addition to my rental cost and my car limit was $500 so I couldn't proceed with the rental. I've recently gone to other states to travel and I've either been charged no deposit or no more than $200 deposit. The gal at the front, I do understand she was frustrated because I witnessed her dealing with many customers, all with different issues. She was overwhelmed and gave me attitude, she said the deposit was non negotiable. I reminded her I waited almost 2 hours for the car to arrive and she had the nerve to ask me what difference it would've it made if the vehicle was here on time, I said I wouldn't of been wasting my time - waiting 2 hours. Had a car reservation 24 hours prior. Took 1 hour and 30 minutes waiting to receive rental completely wet and on Empty. When I say empty I mean I returned key to rep letting him know I do not feel comfortable driving this off the lot. I told him after waiting this long they could at least dry the vehicle and put a decent amount of gas in it so I don't end up stranded on the street. Disappointed that the 2nd rep said he had to make reservation calls and couldn't help. Original rep mentioned they were understaffed. Not sure how that becomes my problem?? read more

The staff at this location is very friendly and efficient. They definitely have the customer's best interest in mind. I was renting a car due to a car accident. Ashleigh was helpful and let me know that the reservation made by insurance had the renter responsible for the payment. I was able to contact insurance to be able to get things resolved prior to coming in. Regardless of it being the first day this location was opened and the store was still getting their phones connected, amongst other things, the team was efficient and never stopped working! Sam was very attentive on everyone's needs. He was able to follow up with the whole process of my specific situation and answered all my questions before I even asked! Best enterprise location in Orange County. I was in a car accident on the freeway (not at fault, I dunno...feels relevant), which led to my car being in the shop for 7 weeks. So I've been to several enterprise locations, swapping out cars for over a month and the Orange one has the best customer service and flexibility in regards to contract terms. You can tell they really care about customer satisfaction and do their best to help people out. I saw a few elderly people having trouble speaking on the phone with their insurance companies and the agents eagerly volunteered to talk to the phone on their behalf (special shout out to Zach, Tyler & nice blonde girl). I highly recommend this Enterprise location if you're looking for agents who value customers and conduct business in the rentor's favor. read more

This enterprise location is horrible. The manager is the worst! He put me on Do Not Rent list because he didn't want to accept my credit card. The card has been used for ALL my previous rentals with Enterprise! I enter this enterprise on 08/8/24,I needed to pay for a balance that was due on my rental car.A white male with big bulging eyes attended me everything was going smoothly until I realized I had forgotten my card at home.I told the employee this and he immediately jumped up in concern to call a Branch manager (Lexi).At this point I was frustrated with the male employee because he wouldn't let me leave with my ID,I had express to him that I live 7mins away and could be right back and if he wanted I could leave my wallet as collateral.He refused and wanted me to pay now.All I did was pick up my ID and walked out,while walking to the car the male employee chases after me and demands the keys and says he's going to report the car stolen if I drive to my home to pick up my card to pay this balance.i preceded to follow him back inside,I spoke with Lexi .Lexi immediately told the employee to let me go after I explained the whole situation to her.After this I felt racially discriminated so I went to 2 other enterprises locations to confirm if the employees actions were proper enterprise procedures.Both enterprises completely agreed me with me and told me I was discriminated against and there are absolutely to policy's in place for a employee to have done this to me.so if your anything other then white stay clear from this enterprise! If I can give this place a negative star I would. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They take zero responsibility for lost items and I lost my glasses in their vehicle which cost me a pretty penny. I tried for weeks on end to retrieve my stuff. Week after week I called, only to finally reach almost 2 months and they told me that they held zero responsibility. 1000$ glasses down the drain because this company has zero to no customer service. The staff here is amazing! Our Hyundai Sonata's electric battery failed and we are awaiting a replacement. Russell Westbrook Hyundai is contracted with Enterprise for loaner cars. Although there was a little hiccup from the dealership, the Enterprise staff wasn't going to leave us hanging. They were on the phone with the service director and got us on our way. We've had the rental for almost 3 months and it's running perfect. We've had it so long that the oil change light came on. Instead of returning it for a new car, we took the rental into one of their contracted service centers to get it taken care of. When I get used to driving a car, I like to keep it instead of getting used to another car. If I ever need to rent a car, this location will be my first choice! read more

From day one that I dropped off my car to the day that I picked up, I was treated extremely professional, super nice and really felt at ease with everyone that helped me through the whole entire process. I was picked up from the auto body shop by a very nice gentleman, after that I was helped by Sam and today I came in to pick up and was helped by Jose. This place is a very clean and friendly business. Although I don't rent cars often, but I will definitely put them at the top if I ever need to get a rental car in the near future. 10 out of 10 on customer service and friendliness. Lastly, Jose helped me move all of my stuff from the rental car over to my car during the scorching hot sun... Something he didn't have to do but offered to do. We reserved a van weeks in advance. We even checked in person a week before to confirm exactly what we were getting. We repeated over and over exactly what we needed and they said yes every time. Today we were going to go over and pick up the van and they said "it's ready come on over". When we drove over the van was not there they said there were no vans at that location or any other on the area. They "overbooked". We were counting on the van for a trip. When I called to get help they forwarded me to a number that was not answering or taking messages. So in summery they did not do what they said and did not provide any solution. They left me hanging. I do not recommend renting vehicles from Enterprise. They used to be pretty good but this experience has been terrible. It has caused me major inconvenience. Limited choice of cars. The car my wife was given was very smelly and gross on the inside. It smelled like someone smoked 5 packs a day in that car for the prior 30 days. The car should have been professionally cleaned And deodorized before returning to the rental fleet at this store. Their employees are nice and the rates are good, but the line is too long. Way too long of a wait to get a car and drop off a car. Kinda a dirty office as well. The cars are about the level of any other rental car company. They are also pretty strict about the entire renting process, more so than their competitor. If you're looking for reliability - SKIP ENTERPRISE. We made a reservation the day before picking up a truck at Enterprise Orange. We made special arrangements to get dropped off etc. Only to find out they had 1 truck and they already rented it out. They said the website does that- they say yes to everything and it's up to the local Enterprise to call you and "convert" your reservation into something they actually have in stock. Called to reserve an suv on the lot for the very next morning. The rep on the phone refused to let me place a deposit on the specific vehicle I wanted "In case someone else comes in and wants it before tomorrow morning but We will issue you the most similar car we can to it if it does rent." That's the most ridiculous business model I've heard of. I'm asking to have a car reserved for me and put a deposit on it, why then would you rent it to someone else? That's when the next person would be informed it's not available. Seems extremely simple. I've used enterprise for the last 10 years, but I won't be in the future if they seriously cannot make a very simple reservation accommodation. read more
