Christian was the most helpful person I've ever had to work with when renting a car. I was rear ended and came in unexpectedly without an appointment. He had a long line of clients but acknowledge me upon arrival and made me aware that I would be waiting just a few minutes as he processes the people in front of me. Fast forward to drop off, in my experience there is never a dull moment in customer service as he had a client that was let's just say "not a happy camper " but acknowledged that individuals grief while acknowledging me upon my return. He took care of me from beginning to end and would highly recommend him and this particular location. If there were six stars, Christian would get them! I had rented cars from this location before. My Land Rover broke down so I had AAA make arrangement to get a rental for a day and was planing to extend it from my pocket. I also did go to the location to meet with Peter Brios to make sure I get an suv today at around 2:30 pm. When arrived another gentlemen was there and he knew nothing about my reservation nor was acting as if he wants to help. Meanwhile peter arrived and started helping another person who arrived after me without reservation. While the other employee was explains to me about not having an suv Peter was watching me and said nothing. Very unsatisfactory service. No customer service what so ever!! I would have fired both of them if they'd were my employee on the spot. Bad attitude!! Ok so I rented through Expedia and they didn't have the suv I wanted only big ones and I just didn't want a big one... I was hungry, tired and grouchy felt kinda bad for the guy working he was alone and it was pretty busy and here I am grouchy with a tad of an attitude. He said he will try to get me a smaller suv but I had to wait... so my kid and I went down the street to eat.. in much better mood I returned and he had an sub for me! He was so patient despite my not being so pleasant. Not his fault they didn't have suv as the one that was returned had to go in for service. Reservations don't seem to mean anything at this location. Every time I rent here, there's an issue either I'm told my reserved vehicle was "mistakenly" given to someone else, or I'm pressured into upgrading because the vehicle I reserved is no longer available. Today, I was told I had missed my pickup window, so the vehicle I reserved was given to someone else. Yet on previous occasions, I've arrived on time for my reservation only to be told the vehicle hadn't even arrived yet and wouldn't be ready. Instead of honoring the reservation, I've spent 2-3 hours sitting there waiting like an idiot for the car to show up. This has been a horrible experience. Today, I wasn't the only one dealing with it there were several other customers in the small hot room they call a lobby waiting for vehicles that hadn't arrived either. It's clear this isn't an isolated incident. So if I'm late, my reservation gets canceled and my vehicle is given away. But when the location is late, customers are expected to wait for hours and just accept it. That double standard makes the reservation process feel meaningless. If reservations are only honored when it's convenient for the location, then what's the point of making one? After reading the reviews, it's clear this isn't a new problem. The responses are always the same: "Thank you for sharing your feedback," followed by promises to do better which I'm 100% certain this review will be met with a response in a form of a thank you for bringing it to the attention of management and that they'll do better next time. Yet review after review describes the exact same issues, which tells me nothing is actually being fixed. It seems like the management is more interested in apologizing than addressing the root cause. Based on my experience and what so many other customers have reported, this appears to be a recurring issue that continues without any meaningful improvement. Wow, this place is a piece of work, first of all it looks someone house.. you pull in and there no parking anywhere just stacks of cars blocking any kind of exit.. cards behind you have not where to go.. no one at the front desk.... Then when your trying to find some way out of this maze of madness.. you finally see some tall young worker walking towards the building not offering any kind of help, I ask how do I get out of here.. he laughs and right there.. and where dose he point too one exit where a car sits blocking it .. with a smirk like I'm crazy .. will never go here will never tell anyone to go here and after reading this.. I would not recommend working with Christian as hes unprofessional and quick to get rid of you. They sold me a car that had a busted transmission. Broke in a year and a half and now I have to pay for an $8k transmission replacement. Im up to my eyeballs in debt because the transmissions are most likely not maintained and Nissans have very touchy CVTs. They need to be serviced regularly. I'm really disappointed and sad because the car only had 60k miles on it and its a 2020 model. read more

Been here a few time to rent a car and every time it's a very weird experience with employees, physical footprint of the building and car yard and wait times. Employees seem unprofessional, it's almost like it's a training site before you go to a real enterprise, they only have 15 cars due to lot size and there is always a wait due to lack of employees and them not prioritizing customers. Renting a car is typically something I consider to be a headache. I had to rent a car for a couple of days since mine is in the shop, and all I can say is I wish every car rental experience were as easy as this one was. The location is easy to access, the associates are polite, everything was quick and efficient. I do not think I was even there for ten minutes total, between the pickup and drop off trip combined which is awesome. When I dropped off, the associates even offered me a ride home. At first I was going to leave a shining review, but after being blind sided, I can no longer do that. I rented a car through my insurance because my car was in the shop for month long repairs. I get there and they only had a few cars to choose from. I picked the cheapest one they had. Added on the insurance which I later removed and I just paid the tax. Put down a $100 dollar deposit which is standard for using a debit card. I returned the car a month later when my insurance coverage ended on the rental, and the car was fine. I was expecting my deposit back. A week later I called about the manner and I was told that it wasn't a deposit and that it went toward my charges...I paid over $400 dollars out of pocket in conjunction with the $900 my insurance covered and that's beyond ridiculous. They really screw you with the up charges that they should really just be upfront about, especially in this economic climate. To add the icing on the cake, that was for the second car. The first car they gave me pretty much had an empty gas tank, and I had to go out of my way to come back and return it which was a huge inconvenience to me because it needed an oil change. If my car needs to go in the shop again, I'll rent my car from the airport. At least the agents are upfront with everything and the cars come with a full tank and an oil change. read more

We arrived after making a reservation and they had given our car away. Jason the manager did not care, had zero concern and was more concerned about getting other customers into cars than solving our situation. We had to advocate on our behalf to fix the issue. Enterprise has gone downhill substantially- used to be in suits and had fantastic customer service- now looks like they will hire anyone off the streets with zero customer service skills. I scheduled a reservation with a week in advance, got there they didn't have it available, they drove me to another location where they didn't have any vehicle available either after I waited more than an hour! The guy helping me call his manager, she said they couldn't do anything and that couldn't help me, I'll had to figured out by myself.
