I had to get my smog check done so I made an appointment online before hand. They were ready for me as soon as I got there and the entire process was very quick. The men working there at the time were very nice to me and really helped me out. They also let me use a cash only coupon even though I forgot to bring cash. They really made my day. Very nice Turkish guy helped me. I told him about the yelp coupon before he started, he gave me the discount before performing the smog test. That was easy. Cool. Next, he was very clear in explaining that if I pass, it'll be $27 total and if I don't pass, it'll be $18.75. I happily went on my way, feeling good and giving him a little monetary tip. Very nice, professional, laid back and calm person. Easy breezy, it took maybe 12 minutes total from pulling in to lot and leaving. I personally do not enjoy car maintenance duties but this was so easy! I'm definitely coming back here again. Got my car smogged here on a Saturday morning with my bf around 9:30, had to wait about 10 min before I was helped. I chose this place after reading reviews on yelp about the price and coupon. Guy performing the test was very nice, started the smog without saying anything. In the middle of it he asks if that's all I need, and I said yes, he told me it would be $80 bucks. I told him that I heard about the coupon and he goes, which one? I told him, I saw it on your site! He demands that I show him. In a rush, I pull out my phone and try to get him the yelp coupon and just click on the "coupon tab". He looks at it and says okay, $20 dollars off, and leaves to keep going on with the test. I ended up paying $60 for the test which is a ripoff when I had expected to pay $30 or less by just mentioning that I saw the coupon like other yelp users did. Its my fault for not being more aggressive about the pricing, but I guess I'm just not that type of person. He was really nice, service was quick and easy, and I would want to go back here again, but his doubtful attitude towards customers left a sour taste in my mouth. read more

Hassan is so friendly and a fast worker. I got there at 2:20 and told him I had work at 3pm. I asked if he had time and if I would make it to work, which was about 5-10 min away. He said of course! There was one other customer ahead of me too. It really does only take 15-20 min for him to test your car. While I was waiting, there were many customers that came after me. I'm like no thank you Sir, that's too high... so I go online and check for nearby Groupons.... just to find theirs for $34. I end up paying $42 as there's a state fee of $8. I thought this was shady. They gave me a good quote on the phone and said to come down right away, but when I got there they quoted me a higher price. When I told them about the phone quote they honored it, but it certainly wasn't transparent pricing. I also had to wait a bit for them to take my car after hurrying to get there.
