At the market, I'm used to staff being helpful and able to guide me through different teas and their benefits, but here, most of my questions were met with "I don't know" or "I don't work with the teas." She did point me to a section on the wall with some information about the teas and their benefits, which was helpful to a point. However, there was one term that appeared on several teas that wasn't explained on the wall, and she wasn't able to clarify it.
