Order from a kiosk. Nobody says hello, or that your food is ready. I just got an iced coffee. But what it was, was an empty cup. I filed it myself which emptied the coffee that was left. No cream or anything else until I went to the other side. That side was empty or almost empty as well. Traded it out for just a coffee. It was warm. Not hot or cold. I buy coffee because I don't typically make it myself. There's a reason for that. Lol. Floor was dirty. I don't think an adult was working. Aside from everybody's review on this location, I decided to try it out because it was on my way home from work. I came in and ordered around 5:30pm and staff was friendly and accommodating. I ordered my drink and usual 2, chicken frontega and broccoli cheddar soup with my side being bread. Husband ordered the same sandwich with chili and bread. Staff was very friendly, and made sure to tell us our wait time (only 10 minutes). Our food came out in time, hot, and they even said they were sorry for how long it took. (It didn't take long at all and was out faster than they even said it would be). I personally had a great experience at this location. And look forward to stopping there more often on my way home from work. read more

I'm a sucker for soup on a cold night. We stopped in and I had my usual - baked potato soup in a sour dough bread bowl. My sons ordered a large Mac and cheese and a you pick 2 with grilled cheese and tomato soup. They were not busy at all, but it took 18 minutes to get our food. Similar to another review, I was disappointed with the portion size of the 'large' Mac and cheese. My son is a growing 14 year old and he was still hungry after he finished his dinner. For almost $9, I expect a large bowl of Mac and cheese, which isn't what we received. read more

THE PLATE. barely even on the sandwich then proceed to give me 5 slabs of cheese that tasted like rusted metal, if it wasn't rotten cheese then there is absolutely no way the Panera taste testers tasted that and confirmed to be able to sell that dookie cheek booty tasting cheese to the public. I feel like i need to get my stomach pumped after one bite, I had to chug my green tea for 30 seconds straight just the get the taste out of my mouth while I was gagging. I typically love the food I get at Panera. It always tastes amazing and is normally very fresh. Unfortunately my experience yesterday was lackluster at best. Halfway through my breakfast sandwich I saw something black. Opened it up to find I had been eating rotten avocados. That alone is repulsive enough, but I'm nine months pregnant. Due any day. I usually love Panera but this last Saturday I ate here and within an hour and half I got about as sick as I have ever been. I had the Pick Two (Tuna Salad on whole wheat and the Broccoli Cheese Soup). It tasted good going down but man not so good coming up. I can't begin to tell you what food poisoning feels like but we are sure that is what I had. It will take me while before I will be able to eat either one of these again. I have reviewed a TON of Paneras... and these places SAVE us. We are kinda picky about fast food. Panera is a great bailout for us. A soup and half sandie and we are good to go! The creamy tomato is a standard for us. We also enjoy the scones here and often get some to go for breakfast the following day. The only negative is the location... Parking is limited here, and this area is hard as all hell to get out of. read more

Fresh, quick, predictable. For me, Panera's is the place to go when I have a craving for some kind of creamy soup in a sourdough bread bowl -- they always have it, and it's always good. This particular location is quite busy, and parking can be challenging, but the employees are friendly & the tables cleared promptly, so it's not hard to find a spot once you've ordered. How do you screw up Panera? The counter person spent at least 10 minutes with one small group order and no one thought to open a second register. The food prep was the slowest of any Panera I have ever visited. The teens working in food prep were talking much faster than working. A nonprofessional operation. I have always liked Panera, but haven't been for a while. Wanting a quick bite I pulled off the interstate on my way home and I was happy to see Panera to avoid the standard fast food options. I noticed they had pasta. I knew that wouldn't be a good option for driving, so decided to do the pick two and have the pasta for super. I ordered the pick two with chicken salad and chicken Alfredo. It comes with a side so I got an apple. The sandwich is half of a sandwich and the pasta is probably about a 5 or 6 ounce portion. This was fine with me until I got the total and it was almost $12. That seemed a bit much for what was offered and what would typically be one meal for most people. Maybe if I would have added a drink it would have been acceptable, no it still wold have been too much. My order is bagged up and I get out to the car, reach into the bag to pull out the sandwich and the wrapper along with my hand is covered in Alfredo sauce. I look in the bag and the pasta container was placed on the side. I tried to adjust it, but the pasta had dumped out of the container and the bottom of the bag was about to break. The bags are not even big enough for the pasta containers to be placed flat. The manager quickly had the cooks replace my order. As I waited he apologized and insisted on refunding my order. I told him that wasn't necessary, but he continued to insist. I guess I really can't complain about the price now, being my meal ended up being free. It was fantastic customer service by the manager and that is the only reason I am giving the store a positive rating. The pasta ended up being blah. The tortellini are chewy. They microwave the pasta so that probably leads to the chewiness. The sauce was a little strong and seemed to have more of a Romano cheese taste than a Parmesan. It wasn't impressive at all. The sandwich was delicious. Panera has always made good sandwiches and soups. I have tried the mac and cheese in the past and it is a winner too. I don't see myself visiting Panera much in the future considering the price charged today. I just don't see the value for what is offered. If there's one thing I absolutely detest it's when a business asks if want to tip their employees when your grabbing something to go .. tipping is reserved for those that wait on you when you're in a restaurant not this environment if that was the case we'd be tipping everybody from McDonald's to Burger King and when you say no they give you a look like you have the plague.. Just moved from Hawaii where they don't have Paneras. I missed it so my first stop back was here. Ordered the Sierra Turkey. It would have been really good if they had actually put the chipotle sauce on it which makes the sandwich. There was a tiny dab of it but it was like one tiny drop. Also the bread seemed a little underbaked. Too doughy in the middle. Maybe another minute or two in the oven. The turkey was great and service as well. The staff as well as the food here is great, but when there was a missing item with my order and I had to speak with the manager, James, he was very unsympathetic and told his employees to make it while he just stood there on the computer.
