For the 15 dollar price point of the one single "I don't know how" roll, the quantity was laughable and the quality was mediocre. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I went to Ezze is for the salmon wasaccio and deep fried soft shell crab. The salmon sashimi with ponzu and spicy sauce is really good and i could eat 2 orders everyday. But i had better. The soft shell crab was not cleaned before battering and frying so there was a big gob of that gucky bitter nasty stuff that they the mustard. It's guts that they didn't clean. I have mixed feelings about this spot. I'm a sushi lover and have been to many many many sushi spots. 1st off when you check in their check in offer has free edamame. I asked the lady to redeem and she told me it's not valid?? What do you mean not valid? Why have it on Yelp. So whatever all good. Ordered the garlic one and it was yummy. Got a bottle of sake and bottle of beer. I got the sashimi special 16 pc mixed. I asked if the fish was fresh and what kind of tuna. The chef told me blue fin. When the sashimi came it. No blue fin, the fish was mushy. Like old fish? And no way it was blue fin. The yellow tail was decent everything else tasted old. I'm not one to ask for a refund or complain. I'll just leave a bad review and never come back. 2 star because the place was clean. Food was disgusting. Maybe it was only mine I don't know. Spent $87 for lunch and left unhappy and hungry. We stopped in on our way home from our friend Marie's and we are quite happy with this little place. Even though we were new customers they served us fresh Melt in your mouth fish! Everyone was super friendly and they have pretty quick service even when it gets crowded. We usually go to all you can eat sushi but this place EZ has a great happy hour and you can eat well and not over pay. They don't rush you and it's very friendly Relaxing atmosphere. I finally decided to grab some food from this place. Its small and quaint. Everything is clean. I had a little bit of a hard time as all the seating is wood chairs and benches. This place is my go to Sushi restaurant because it's 3 minutes away from my house. The Spicy Salmon Roll is my favorite food to get here. The Crunchy California Roll is my least favorite because for some reason they give you barely any avocado and cucumber, and basically only krab, I would just get a regular California Roll and the batter for the crunchy ness is not tasty.
