I came here for $25 Bottomless Brunch on a Sunday. I loved it! They service tapas which is exciting because you can try many different things on the menu. Every single thing that I ordered and tasted was delicious! [[HIGHLIGHT]]This brunch also included a taco bar, my only thing about the taco bar is that is it located right at the entrance and it's a little awkward standing there as people are coming in the restaurant and you're trying to build your own taco.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Also, it wasn't super busy right away but we felt like it took a while for many of the dishes to come out. However, our waitress was very nice and accommodating. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The overall vibe is very cool.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They also have patio seating which would be nice when the weather is cooler.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall it was a good experience and I would definitely return.

Loved the food from F&D! Delicious Mexican dishes, loved the enchiladas, queso and refried beans. Had the dip trio and loved the spicy salsa too. Queso was the white and creamy kind, so good! Service was so nice and friendly, our server was passionate and seemingly cared about us! Watermelon margarita was fire too. For 2 people drinks and food were about $70. Not so bad for a night out these days! Would love to come back to F&D soon.

Solid spot for tacos and drinks. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Good mix of laid back vibe with great menu options.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Chimichanga was amazing, definitely a standout Street corn was really good and packed with flavor Lobster quesadilla was surprisingly great, not something i expected them to have. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nice atmosphere, good for hanging out or a casual night out.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Easy place to go with a group or just grab some tacos and a drink.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I've been dying to try an F&D Cantina, and I finally got the chance to today. We called 30 minutes ahead for a party of 10 (this was an impromptu lunch), and they were able to set up a table for us just in time! My steak and sweet plantain quesadilla was fantastic! Sweet and savory in all the right places :) it definitely filled me up. Our table had a wide variety of food options and everything looked and smelled very appetizing. I loved that all of the food for our table came out at the same time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I loved the decor in here, although it was a small place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My only complaint was that the parking situation kind of sucked, but it's because it's such a busy little plaza. I would come back for sure. Especially for brunch because I saw a sign that said they have a $25 bottomless brunch!

It was pretty mid, I'd give it a 3.5 if I could. Service was good no complaints there Ordered a passion fruit marg and didn't get any passion fruit but no biggie The trio dip was good! Queso could've been warmer but it was enjoyable Street corn was drowned in mayo... and I say this as a mayo lover, it was too much Entrees were just okay, nothing special but the rice was so dry - definitely lots of room for improvement

I love a good cantina so tried this place the other night for dinner. They have a great happy hour menu and I highly recommend the grande house margarita for $8.50. It's huge and was pretty good. Tried the trio off the HH menu too but was bummed to hear they didn't have a verde salsa option. The mild salsa was flavorful and I liked the queso, even when it cooled off. Service was phenomenal. I had no shortage of water or food and was even offered some homemade hot sauce. Liked the habanero chipotle. The al pastor tacos were super salty though - couldn't finish them. The space itself is cool with great lighting. Was going to dine out on the patio but there was no one else out there.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]F&D Cantina is a nice casual place to have lunch or dinner in the Lake Mary area.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]This restaurant is located in a nice plaza among other shops and restaurants.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our company dined here under a reservation on a Thursday night. The service was quick and easy. Our server was very nice. We enjoyed the chips and dips for appetizers. Half the table ordered tacos, and the other half was a split between bowls and fajitas. Everyone enjoyed their dishes. For dessert, we tried the chocolate molten lava cake, which was not good. The cake itself was good but the jam and rum is not a good mix. Nobody at the table enjoyed it. The pricing is very affordable. All 7 of us were able to eat for under $150. We will return!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute little Mexican place. Smaller place but set up and decorated nice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Been here a few times and have enjoyed it every time. Really good margaritas and specials. Absolutely love their queso. The guacamole was good. I preferred the green salsa while my wife like the red better. The street corn was really good. It comes off the cob in a bowl all dressed. Lastly, tried three enchiladas. All three were really good. I really enjoyed this place all around.

We really enjoyed our first visit to F&D Cantina! We started with guacamole that was made in the kitchen and yet had the flavor of table made with crisp chips. Our fajita trios came out hot and very quick, particularly on a weeknight when they were busy. The flank steak was tender, the shrimp were big and the chicken breast was grilled to excellent flavor. Add in some tasty peppers and onions and it was a tasty combination. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Outdoor seating on a breezy warm night added to a very good food experience.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]q

    Happy hour menu

So good, service was very attentive and nice. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance was really good, and pretty restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]No kids menu, probably wouldn't return with my children[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

An absolute new favorite of mine in Lake Mary - great atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious food! After my Saturday cycle, I was starving and went for Mexican and I could not have picked a better place. Paulina, my server, was an absolute sweetheart. My Prickly Pear Margherita was yummy and refreshing. The steak and sweet plantain quesadillas are a MUST if you come here - maybe the best I have ever had. As far as bar/restaurants where you can kick back and enjoy drink specials (with indoor and outdoor seating), well, I basically dare you to try and find anything better than F&D Cantina. 10/10!

We ordered the Elotes off the cob ($11.99) and the Molcajete ($30) which is grilled fajita steak, chicken, chorizo, shrimp, onions, nopal cactus and cheese. We also ordered one Margarita ($16). We first experienced a Molcajete in a restaurant in Mazatlan, Mexico and fell in love with it and all of its ingredients including the cactus. This Molcajete at Cocina Maya was soooo tasty. Served in an actual Molcajete which is made from lava rock and it holds the heat very very well. We shared this between the two of us and still had a decent amount to bring home with us. The Elotes was very tasty and the corn was nice and firm and it was perfect. Service was friendly and attentive. The dining room is light in colors and there is a lot of light that shines through the windows. This restaurant is a good distance from our home, and well worth the drive to it. We most definitely recommend this tasty restaurant.

We heard about this place from our friends so when it was time to get the gang together- I said hey…read moreshould we go to Zacapa? She said YES! On arrival, the staff remembered my friend. They're like- cilantro allergy right? Hahahaha. Then they say us at two large tables in the back. Thank goodness because everyone had their kids so there were 5 adults and 4 kids. We had plenty of room back there for the kids to be kids. Our server was great. I had no idea they would tack on 20% tip to our bill, but she wasn't slacking. She was still earning that tip. She brought out chips and salsa and then got our drink order. That helped keep the kids occupied. My friend suggested the margarita flight- so I went for it. The menu is an iPad with pictures of everything but it's also a lot of clicking back and forth and kind of overwhelming. My friend loved the carnitas fajitas and got that again. She gave me a bite- the pork was in chunks but it was so flavorful and tender. I had the shrimp tacos- wow! There were four huge shrimp in each taco (3 tacos) so it was about 3/4 of a pound of shrimp or maybe even a pound! Mine came with a side of rice and beans- which you can adjust a little but not too many options exist. I did not want beans but I also did not want double rice lol. Hers came with the usual fajita stuff- lettuce, guac, salsa, cheese, and sour cream. Both dishes came with your choice of corn or flour tortillas The guys got the chicken fajitas and the molcajete, which came w the same platter of sides and tortillas. There was food everywhere. The kids got chicken tenders, black beans, refried beans, rice, white queso dip and macaroni and cheese. They all kinda shared and of course didn't finish their food. I think they got full on chips and salsa. The margarita flight I had has many choices for flavors. I got kiwi, coconut and blackberry. All were very good but all very sweet. They put a lot of syrup in there. I think you'd be better off just getting a regular margarita or one flavored one because the flight cups are smaller than typical margarita glasses. So if they're putting one squirt of syrup, it's probably too much for that little glass. So next time I'll just get the coconut margarita. They have churros and what not but we opted against dessert. The kids wanted ice cream from the place down the plaza (Violet's- it's great! See my review). We boxed up our leftovers (I couldn't eat all three tacos; I had one left, plus my rice and beans) and paid the tab. She was nice to split it up by family and I'm sure that was not easy! I did not use the restroom but most of us did. The restrooms look like singles but they're not. The women's has two stalls behind that door so don't get caught waiting in the hallway. Go inside. My friend's kid didn't wanna wait or couldn't wait so they went straight to the men's, thinking the women's was a one stall. Hahahaha. Parking is hard to find because it's a busy plaza. We had to park all the way down by Fishbones where the parking lot is a lot bigger. They have a front part of their restaurant which also has some bar seating and then that more quiet back room where we were seated. I would recommend this place. It's a little pricey for Mexican food but it's really good. (Also it's hard to mess us Mexican, I get it). I was impressed by the amount of shrimp in my tacos and the amount of pork carnitas and chicken fajitas they put on their platters. They also have quite a selection of flavors for their margs.

First thing when you walk in this restaurant smells very clean. Not overpowering but the reassuring smell that they take food safety seriously. They are located in a Publix shopping plaza and have booths, tables and a bar with stools. I sat in a booth and came specifically for lunch because Amanda, another Yelper, had called out the deals. I was really impressed with their salsa. Usually I want queso but this had such a fresh taste and to me had an old school chunky texture you rarely find. I ate way too many of the complimentary chips and salsa. I ordered the lunch ribeye and the lunch chicken fajitas. The fajitas came out in the traditional sizzling presentation. They tasted as good as they looked with all the fixings. The steak was for later. A lot of time a thin lunch steak does not come out to a medium rare. This was spot on and the steak was juicy and tender. A really good steak! Both meals came with tortillas that maybe were homemade? The server greeted me and took my order right away. I had asked for some modifications and I thought it was nice she repeated them back to me so the kitchen would get it right. My bill was presented and quickly processed on a handheld device.
