The biggest bump in the road was something that was completely my fault, but unfortunately, my sofa did not make it up the stairwell and had to go back to storage making it a very costly move as the drive time became much more expensive. They had really tried to make it work and sadly, my sofa didn't come apart so they had no option to even break it down. My only feedback would be that I had wished they had told me the estimated cost of moving the sofa back into storage as I probably could have gotten partway to a new sofa.
