Awesome Father and Son duo, They arrived on time and went straight to work on loading up our stuff we needed to move. We started at our home (in laws) so most our stuff was in storage. We had 2 storage units. We were highly impressed with how they stacked everything and made sure everything fit and was tight. We moved from Cali to AZ so the long drive had potential to break and shift things. But due to there expertise of moving things nothing was damaged and nothing moved during the drive. They were on time, worked very fast and couldn't have been more polite. I had doubts that all my families things would fit inside the truck and they made it happen. Loaded two locations and even started raining on them. I wish I could have given them more than their asking price but I was very tight on money. Drove 7 hours to our new home and everything was in place. They did such an awesome job that my parents will also be using them. Highly recommend. Hire these guys! You will be so happy and grateful! They are careful, fast, strong, polite, and experts at what they do. They showed up on time and brought tools to help me take apart tables and china cabinets. They took such care moving, loading, arranging, and securing, every box and item of furniture and heavy tool, etc, that nothing was chipped, scratched, dented, or broken. The Morales Moving team, Luis and his son, helped load our truck with 1 bedroom apartment items down 2 flights of stairs and did an amazing job! When I first reached out to them by text, they contacted me right away we confirmed the dates and details of the job and confirmed again 2 days before. We also asked if they could start at 8am vs. 9am when most movers start so we really appreciated that they were able to accommodate the earlier time for us, knowing we had a 6 hour drive ahead of us. First off, wonderful and amazing is the general feedback I have. Specifically, right now with covid, things are extra hectic and crazy. Luis was always prompt in responding to my phone calls/texts and gave me clear answers. I was quoted a (really good) price and they stuck to that price. They showed up with masks on, and were super efficient. I was kind of a pain in the butt because of some last minute plan changes with our move, but they rolled with the punches and accommodated me every step of the way (and they were super nice about it, too)! As we unloaded the truck, we saw what an amazing job they had done to make all of our stuff fit (it's like they perfectly tetris-ed it all) and nothing was even slightly damaged! The Morales Moving Labor are AWESOME! I had a positive experience with them when they loaded my hired U-Box (via U-Haul) in SoCal. From the start, Luis was in contact with me, verifying the date and time I scheduled. They were running just a bit behind, through no fault of their own, but Luis made sure to let me know at every step what was happening, and apologized profusely (there was no need, really). Unforeseen circumstances like these are unavoidable and, having moved many times with the military, so I fully understand, but this was the first time that I hired contractors on my own, so I was completely nervous. It was obvious from the start of the job that they are very experienced; I had a small shipment, but they knew how to load everything to minimize movement during shipment, and they were very efficient. (I think it took them longer to pick up the Box from U-Haul than to pack it!) I don't have enough words to describe how pleased I was with this experience. Initially I had a good experience with Morales moving company unfortunately when I arrived at my apartment I saw that my dining table have been scratched also while moving my personal blanket that was small and then was placed on top of the table mover said that that would be fine I expressed my concerns about her getting scratched since so many items are placed on top they said it was fine again once I was home and unpacked I saw the table was scratched also noticed that my two dressers were chipped on three cornerWhen I attempted to contact the movers I was met with a very rude response that they did not charge me for driving the truck 1 mile down the street and that they dropped off my refrigerator in my storage unit at no cost to me for an extra 15 minutes of their time however instead of paying them additional $75 I pay them 90 so it was not free of cost I did pay them extra pass the additional 75 they were very rude in the text and I'm very disappointed with the response that I received I will be contacting additional help so sad This experience that was initially pleasant be very disappointing and that was such a rude response when they stated the dressers were like that when they moved them and I was lucky that they did not charge me for driving the U-Haul 1 mile as well as there 15 minutes extra time which I again paid an additional 15 dollars for read more
