This is a great neighborhood joint - the pizza is delicious and the service is terrific.

Have eaten at F&F a few times recently with friends. Able to try a few different items. Service has always been good and one time we had a server with a trainee, the trainee was terrific. Really enjoyed the Clam pie and antipasto salad. Thought the pepperoni pizza lack enough seasoning and was just not real tasty. The Calzoigie pie is really different and tasty. Really enjoyed the crust on all the pies. The chili oil that is available is interesting to add to a few bites. One time we stopped in later at the bar and slices were not available anymore so we ordered a small pizza, so if u are looking for a slice and it is getting later in the evening check out to see if slices are available.

1/10/2026 Ate list: Cheese pizza - 8.6 Pepperoni pizza - 8.9 Been waiting to try this pizza since it opened and it did not disappoint. Have had a reservation for about a month - will tell you now, just order carry out or pop in to the bar to be able to order a couple slices. MUCH preferred from an experience end. Pizza was everything I hoped other "elevated NY style" pizza shops would be. Much prefer the pepperoni and highly recommend their chilli oil on the slices, not a crazy kick. Would be 5 stars if cheaper. Big fan. Will be back!!

First off, let me say I was looking forward to my first visit to F&F. I love all styles of pizza and this Brooklyn-based pizzeria has received a lot of hype for its "authentic" Brooklyn style pie. I sat at the bar for lunch and ordered two slices. They came out quickly but I was alarmed by how well done they appeared to be. When I checked the bottom of the crust, it was black. My first bite confirmed that this was more of a New Haven CT pie than any Brooklyn style pizza I've had. Sauce and cheese both seemed bland but that could be due to the charred crust simply overwhelming any flavor from the rest of the pizza. I get it, some people like this type of pie, but it's not for me. I'll be sticking with Mineo's when I'm looking for great pizza. Oh, and they apparently do not give out coins as change when you pay cash. This did result in me receiving a 77 cent discount on my $11.77 bill. That's not made clear anywhere that I could see, but it's better than rounding up.

Oh boy, ever since I heard that F&F was opening in Pittsburgh it's been on my list of places to try. It absolutely matched my expectations and can't recommend it enough. My partner and I were able to walk in and get a table on a Saturday afternoon with little to not wait. The hostess' and severs were polite and attentive to any of our needs. Maybe it's because it was snowing out, but the space was so so cozy. Nothing like exposed brick to remind me of a Brooklyn pizza shop. Now the food was absolutely incredible. We ended up trying the Rigatoni and the Croque Monsieur pizza. The rigatoni was a perfect al dente with an incredible vodka sauce that offered a little spice. The pizza, while not looking the most appetizing, was delicious. Great chew in the crust and baked to perfection. I can't wait to come back and try more!

First time I went here, it was around 2 pm on a Saturday. We enjoyed it. This was my second time here but for dinner. I signed up for an alert on open table and got one. I loved their vodka pasta. It was the perfect portion!

A friend made a lunch reservations for 4 of us then she had to cancel..so my wife and I went anyway..and I'm glad we did! The restaurant was lively and vibrant. Our waitress Shannon was a sweetheart and helped us since it was our first time here. We ordered a white and a pepperoni pie.. both are delicious. They give you this great Calabrian Chilli Oil for dipping or pouring on your foods...if you like flavor..try it..but it does have a little kick! The Chianti was a good match for our pies..and next time we will try some other items. Welcome to Pittsburgh!

There's something inherently comforting about a pizza night out, and I was excited to be invited to try the newest spot everyone in Pittsburgh seems to be buzzing about. Here's what's nourishing about this charming new restaurant: - The olives were absolutely delicious, might have been my favorite bite of the night. - The guanciale and leek pizza was solid, and I really appreciate this ingredient combo. Great crust, great structure, no flimsy slices. I do wish the toppings went a bit farther out to the edge, but that's just me (I'm not a crust girl). - The salad was so interesting with a variety of lettuces, herbs, pickled shallot and mustard seed in the dressing. The combo brought some bold, creative flavors. - The vibes are chic! The interior design is genuinely lovely: modern, and inviting. The Misses & yes I did discuss these in person with the restaurant team. - Nearly everything we tried besides the pizza could've used seasoning. - The vodka sauce was surprisingly bland as were the arancini. - The cheesecake was dry, which was disappointing - though to be fair I believe the style of a Basque-style cheesecake. It's just not for me, though I'm sure others would enjoy it. And I have to mention the menu: why no categories or descriptions? Maybe I'm getting old, but I found the elusiveness so frustrating. Just left me thinking why? Is a minimal menu a stylish / coolness factor? Overall, it's a cute spot with tons of potential, and I can see why Pittsburgh is excited about having a spot to find genuine Brooklyn pizza. For an even more nourishing experience pack your purse salt and wear layers it's absolutely freezing in there.

Pizza: 9.5/10 Vodka rigatoni: 11/10 Arancini: 5/10 Brussels: 9/10 Service: 10/10 Ambiance: 8/10 Drink prices: 3/10 Pizza was really great! So nice to have NY style and pizza by the slice in Pittsburgh. Vodka rigatoni was the real winner. Service was great. Ambiance is cute but it's small and can get really loud. The alcohol menu is limited and very expensive. $17 for a glass of wine is whack!

I went here to grab a quick slice of pizza and was pleasantly surprised to see a nice variety, including seafood pizza, and a unique one that I tried alongside the traditional pepperoni and cheese. Mine had grilled onions and was spicy as well as sweet. It had all the flavor flavors and I'm telling you it was pretty good. I saw it in the coffee shop counter area rather than the fine dining service section. But I hope to come back one day and experience the entire thing.

F&F was fine, but not worth a 4 hour wait (what we were quoted for a table, though it was closer to 2 hours when we were notified our table was ready). If you don't have a reservation, you can try to find a seat on the bar side where there are some counter spaces; we arrived at 6pm on a Saturday and were able to find seats within 15 minutes. You'll order at the bar and your food will be served in takeout containers. Service was pretty quick, considering the crowd. As it was crowded, it was very loud and tough to hear each other speak. The pizza was tasty; it had a nice chewy crust and a good sauce to cheese ratio. However, nothing about the pizza would make me come here over any of the nearby pizza places. A 12-inch pizza was enough for myself and my partner. We were surprised that the arancini was a single piece, and it tasted fine but not amazing. I don't really see a reason to return, but if someone invited me here I'd be happy to accept.

COME FOR THE PIZZA STAY FOR THE PASTA! F&F Pizzeria is a wonderful addition to the Pittsburgh area! You can tell everything is made from scratch and fresh. The ambience is very modern and a perfect date night spot. We ordered three pizzas: the mushroom, leek and bacon, and a half cheese half pepperoni. We also got the olives and vodka pasta. My husband and I agreed the pasta was definitely the best thing we had although we did really love and enjoy the pizza as well. I saw some other patrons mention the high-char on the crust. I didn't mind too much but I agree the char level is very high. I think a little less would be perfect. We did love the chili oil they offer to dip you pizza and/or crust in - such a nice touch and delish! I will say our mushroom pizza was the least favorite and we both like mushrooms but it felt a little overpowering - would not order again. We both enjoyed the leek and pancetta but some of the pancetta was chewy and not rendered or cooked enough. The pepperoni and cheese were for sure our favorites of the day which surprised us a bit. Our server was attentive and friendly and we had a very nice experience from a service perspective. Overall, a great experience and worth the drive from cranberry to the South Hills.

Even though it was late we were greeted with exceptional customer service and were seated at a table. Our waiter, Remi with an I and not a Y was absolutely fabulous. He made great suggestions and the food did not disappoint. I ordered the 16 inch pepperoni with bacon. My daughter ordered the pepperoni roll and my wife ordered the meatballs and 2 Bianca slices. My wife's name is also Bianca so a double bonus. Our food came out about 15 minutes later and everything was piping hot. To my surprise the pepperoni came with the real bacon strips on top and not your average bacon bits. The sourdough is top notch as well. I ate 6 of the 8 slices while my daughter ate two along with her pepperoni roll. My daughter enjoyed her roll but did wish it had more cheese. My wife enjoyed her meatballs. They give you 4 and are a decent size. She was only able to eat 3. The Bianca slice is a healthy thick slice. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Driftwood. The service was OUTSTANDING (Remi). The food was good. We ended up staying 20 minutes past closing and didn't notice any change in customer service. This place is definitely worth a shot.

When he grabbed the box it was kinda wet on the bottom of box so we don't know if they set it on the counter on top of something ,but it was more than just extra sauce and onions that made the soggy like they assumed. We tried to recook it and when we took the pizza out of the box all the cardboard inside of the box was wet like something had been literally poured inside the box. I could barely get it out because it was so soggy it was falling apart. We live less than 5 minutes driving time so it was not from steam and cooking it more once we got home did not help it was that wet.. I have never seen pizza that soggy. I had my son call and they did not offer anything except advice on not to order onions or extra sauce when its humid out. We would have like a re-cooked pizza and to return the one we had especially since we had company. It was too wet to pick up a slice and inedible. So, if the owners see this maybe they'd like to somehow rectify it because now I have to start my grill to feed my company. Furthermore, if a customer orders extra sauce and onions on a pizza that.we are asking to be cooked well done an your only job is to cook pizza, you should advise the customer that it won't be crisp. We've ordered it that way before.. and as I said this was far beyond just soggy it was literally wet..and the 2 that ventured to eat it ,now have a stomach ache. It was most certainly undercooked and so wet it couldn't even be rebaked.
