Honest & frank about tire needs & costs. They didn't talk to me like "a woman" but a person! Provided future options too because my tires blow out more in the winter with potholes (they suggested 4 thicker, larger model when I'm ready to replace all 4). No up selling here, they couldn't patch my tire, but offered a good condition cheap recycled replacement ($90 for everything done & I've paid $350/tire new). They were able to also repair a gauge in my other tire that hit a pothole the other day, but it was in good shape otherwise. I requested that repair, but they said I didn't necessarily have to get it done. Entrance is in back alley btw - NE corner of block. SUPER Affordable, great customer service & open Sunday til 3p (because your tires don't care what day of the week it is & other places are closed!). Highly recommend!!!

Without even looking at where the leak was coming from he was trying to sell me a tire. He wasn't interested in even attempting to repair the tire. Instead he sent me to Lopez Tire. They took care of it no problem. This guy obviously didn't want to work today. Thanks to him Santoyo got a 1 star review, and Lopez tire got a 5 star. When I drove past on my way back home, he looked pretty comfortable on a lawn chair digging through his phone sitting in the driveway.

Let me set the scene: I drove into the city and my tire started losing air. It's getting dark. It's…read moreraining. I picked up my daughter and noticed the tire was now rapidly losing air. I pulled into an auto place and had the tire filled. It immediately lost air again. I pulled into a parking lot and looked up a tire shop. Santoyo came up. I called to make sure they were open and thank goodness, they were. I used maps to navigate - it took me an insane way. Between the traffic, the fact that it was about 6:00 on a Friday, it was raining, and we had an hour and a half to get to our destination and had little knowledge of the area, I was about to lose it. I pulled into Santoyo and was greeted by Francisco. Exasperated, I explained what was going on. He was so calm and kind, I immediately felt at ease. He quickly found that there was damage to the sidewalk of the rim and tire and was able to repair so we could get to where we were going. He didn't try to oversell anything, and was incredibly calm and patient. I feel like this tire shop was an oasis in my crazy evening and I am very thankful for them. They saved the day!! So I can't lock my car until I fix the key fob cause they guys are careless after I told him "hey be careful I'm going to fix this soon" and I come back up my car and they don't feel the need to tell me they dropped it and I find out once my car doesn't start.
