Needed a flat tire changed and spare put on. They were out within 30 minutes (as promised, amazing). Took me to get the tire patched and placed the tire back on the car. Stay away from this place please they are not honest people, my son took his car to this place of business on 10/19/2024 because his heat was not getting hot. After an oil change and fixing a leak that they told my son he had it still isn't getting hot and the so called leak wasn't fixed in fact. On today 11/08/2024 we went back and they are saying he didn't tell them it was a leak but they are the mechanics, not only didn't they not fix it correct the first time they wouldn't fix it this time and he paid almost $500. We also caught them just casually driving his car around when we just so happen to pass them and we back to ask why they driving it they said the guy probably was getting gas(but why) we took the car back and ended up having to pay someone else the same amount to get the job done the first time. read more

I was road-tripping home from NY to Alaska when I stopped to visit a friend in Chicago for a few days. I had to park in the Chicago airport since I also had a trailer which would have been a nightmare in the city. When I was about to get back on the road again I realized something in my wheels was absolutely shot and I was dead in the water. At this point, it was 6:30 pm and everyone was closed, everyone except Pedroza. I gave them a call around 7 for a tow and he was there by 7:30 with 2 trucks (one for my vehicle and one to haul my trailer). We arrived at his shop at 7:50 and I was fully prepared to sleep in my backseat that night since his shop closed at 8 pm. Instead, he and his crew immediately got to work and figured out that my wheel bearings were toast. He jumped on the phone, started calling around town to see who had parts in stock, and then hopped in his truck to go pick them up. He returned and they got right back to work on my truck. He ordered food for everyone and even asked if I was hungry. We stood there eating tacos while I told him about my trip to Alaska and all the stops I was planning on making. He was so blown away that it honestly felt as if he were taking responsibility of my vehicle making it the entire way. He did a full 10-point inspection just to be sure I was set for the rest of the drive. I truly believe he cared more about me getting back on the road and being safe than he did making money. Pedroza and his workers made the whole experience very enjoyable and educational. They showed me exactly what was wrong and what to look for in the future. He gave me his phone number and told me to call him if anything else were to happen on the drive and that he would instruct me what to do. They got everything finished up around 11:30 pm and I was good to go. I was prepared to pay him whatever he asked since he completely saved my trip. He then proceeded to undercharge me for almost everything. The inspection was free, the fluid top-off was free, only charged me for one tow truck, was extremely reasonable with the labor and then charged normally for the parts. I cannot recommend Pedroza's service enough. He saved my trip and even made the beyond-stressful experience somewhat enjoyable. He and his crew stayed two and a half hours past closing to get me back on the road. I wish I could rate him higher than 5 stars. If you're deciding between Pedroza and another shop, don't even think twice. read more

Scam. He'll tell you your car has more problems than it really does. Then he says he can fix them. So you pay him. He messes your car up worse than it was when you first brought it in. You go to a different mechanic and that mechanic tells you that he tried to rig it. A temporary solution. He's the cost of 3 mechanics and a car more damaged. read more
