First off I am male, you know a man. An old man with problem nails. After suffering thru what the "foot" doctor did to my nails I decided to try a Pedicure and Manicure. Since the shop is close to home I went in. Thank goodness I did.... I made sure they knew about the problem and Melissa explained she was familiar with them and could do a good job. A GOOD job, heck she did far better than that. It was wonderful( except the massage chair, little rough). But what I needed I got plus more. Wish I had gone there a l o n g time ago. Wonderful decor, clean and everyone treats you like they have known you for years. If you have not tried it do so. I highly recommend this shop. read more

This is a new nail salon to the area & I went there for the 1st time & got charged almost $80 for a shellac mani & pedi & after all that I still left a tip(so my total was close to $100, which should have been for 2 shellac mani & pedi(s) but I will NOT return, my mani has blemishes caused by their curing machine & my pedi has blemishes caused by their curing machine & the shellac color ran out out so my pedi is see-through thin, they need to reasonably adjust their prices & be attentive to perfecting their work, I am a very attentive to detail customer & I despise being over-charged!! read more

I am really picky about my nails but I really liked this place. The staff were very friendly and there was no wait. They spent a lot of time on my mani/pedi and it looks great. Price was great ($47 for both) and everything was very clean. Massage chairs are awesome. My only complaint is that my girl talked to the other staff the whole time and I was trying to relax. I think my pedi looks better than my mani but I think it just depends on which person you get (and my hand nail color was a hard one to get even). Overall it's a great spot! read more

I'm only rating 5 stars for Lisa. I only come here for waxing by Lisa. She's one of the best esthetician I've ever came across. Her waxing process is quick yet unpainful and she does a terrific job every time! I recommend to go to her for either facial or waxing. You won't be disappointed! read more

My mother and I walked in and told the lady what we wanted. She told us to pick a color and to sit down. They assumed that we wanted to sit together because other people walked in and were seated fairly quick. After waiting about 25 minutes, a man asked if we wanted to sit together and I said it didnt matter. A male started my pedicure even though the water was cold. He explained that because its been busy and all of the chairs have been used itll take a while to hear up, well, it never did. He continued with my pedicure . No one ever came to start my mom's pedicure. However, a lady that walked in after us was getting her pedicure. It didnt make any sense. I was supposed to get a manicure too but my mother was absolutely outraged that we waited so long and she was sat in a chair when the person that shouldve started on her feet started on a lady that came in after us!! After the man finished my pedicure we paid and left. I really wanted to give this salon a try but I must say I will not be coming back! Horrible service! This is place is just okay. I got my nails done here - acrylic. They sold me on the colored powder when I first got my nails done but didn't tell me there would be a $10 up charge on an already more expensive service next time I came if I wanted to change the color. Who wants to keep the same nail color every time? Additionally, after the first fill the acrylic nails started peeling off after 8 days...most acrylics are difficult to get off and I haven't done anything that should have caused this. read more

Love getting my nails done with Michelle and Holly. They're meticulous about their work and so sweet. I always feel relaxed after a mani or pedi here, and they treat me like a queen. I think the price is fair given the time and effort spent on the work. The shop and equipment are always impeccably clean. And, I always get compliments on my nails and toes after a visit with Michelle or Holly. All the owner needs to offer are mimosas or wine and I'd be in seventh heaven. read more

Place us decent enough and price is not terrible for the area...my only area of concern is the level of cleanliness. It is very clean in general but I don't think they do a good enough job to disinfect the tubs after each use. I would also prefer to see them use new nail files and clippers that are visibly pulled out of a sterilization wrapper. You won't see that here. My last manicure the technician took off her glove to pick something out of her eye. She did not wash her hands or replace the glove. She wiped her hand on her coat and proceeded with my pedicure with a bare hand! That's not very hygienic. I haven't picked up infections or anything so I still continue to come but it makes me wonder.... read more

I went for the first time about a month ago, and it was great! Clean, quiet and the employees really cater to your needs! I didn't know what nail polish I wanted, so they gave some recommendations and I loved it! I have never had a shellac polish stay on for more than 2 weeks, and at 3 weeks I struggled to get this polish off! Also, the pedicure was great! I would recommend this place to anyone! read more

This place is really clean and the staff is really friendly. I have been going there for over a year now. Lisa is great at waxing eyebrows and giving facials. My face has never looked better. She even does extraction. The prices are very reasonable. She is very helpful and gives you the best advice about products to use on your face. I definitely recommend this place!! read more

I joined a girlfriend for a men's mani/pedi. The deluxe was very nice. Filed,trimmed and did cuticles as would most; however, the deluxe added a scrub and paraffin wax. The chairs are very nice. They have a massage and if you ignore all the conversing, you can zone out and awake to great nails and smooth hands and feet. read more

I have been here twice before and was very happy with the service and my nails. I went to nail time today to get a fill on my overlay; my natural nails are very long, I get an overlay so they do not break. I instructed the nail tech that I would like them shorter to match the nail that broke (which was not super short, there was still a bit of length on the nail). She filed them down to my liking and proceeded with the nail filling process. I told her I wanted a French tip with a very fine white tip, not deep at all. When she started with the white tips I noticed that it was very deep, I then told her that that is going to be too much white and I didn't want it like that. She basically ignored me and said they would be thin when she was all done. Long story short, she did make them thin but she also filed my once very long natural nails down to my skin. If she would have made the white minimal like I initially asked, she would not have had to file my nails down to the skin. When I complained they said they can't make my nails grow back and discounted me 5 dollars. I am livid right now. NEVER going back. read more
