The layout of the studio is one of the best I have ever seen. The studio is one large square, with plenty of space for all of the work out stations. I recommend anyone give this location a try. They also have a large schedule from early morning to late evenings. There are two different packages - one for just this location and one for all locations. They are higher priced then most gyms but I do feel it is worth it. They also will give your friends a free trial to come try out the location with you before enrolling them. They genuinely want to make sure the gym is the right fit for you and do not pressure you to join.

The staff at the Y club does not require IDs however, if you go in the staff at the front desk, always ask for a photo ID and will not take my safe at home ID, which is what I am required to carry. Every single time it's an issue and they have to call Courtney over. When you pick up for aftercare the gentleman that is always there sits at a makeshift desk and refuses to get up to come to your car to have you sign out your kids, not a big big deal but when you have an infant in your car all the time it's very inconvenient and I do not like leaving him in the car alone. I say this every single time and every single time he refuses to come to my car so I can sign the girls out. There have been a couple other instances and I'm hoping the school year just goes a lot smoother.

I've spent my life doing mostly endurance events - 10K's, etc. However, my spindly self had trouble opening jars. As time marched on and "bingo wings" manifested, I knew it was time for strength training mixed with my cardio. It's been almost two months, and at this rate, I may be able to flip cars soon. The trainers are genuinely interested in bringing you along while respecting your independence to enjoy your own workout. And nobody does the hard sell for a membership.
