This place is super dark and has blinding lights. Maybe beneficial if you are drunk but blinding if you walk in sober. There are a few signs and a chair if you are trying to take a photo but if you have a good camera you'll then notice how dirty/ ancient? (Antique like?) everything seems. Not sure of the theme this place? Don't even worry about a dress code. Labor Day I went to an all white party where less than 1/16 of the place in white and where I found people wearing orthopedic crocs. And another woman was dancing in her socks. All that to say dance without judgement. The DJ played everything even though the night was advertised as afrobeats and Caribbean music. Later in the night two people performed original songs. The bars were slow and I found drinks weak. Servers were repeatedly asking us if we wanted to purchase sections/bottles. They allow too many people in the sections to make them comfortable. If you purchase you are just buying a seat to drink and/or hookah. They don't seem to care that people were smoking more than hookah. Come here to dance and mix with tourist. read more

If your thinking about going to a club DO NOT go to this one. the employees where extremely rude from the beginning then when we entered it genuinely felt like a sauna in the so i went upstairs to get a breath of fresh air MIND YOU i was still technically inside the building and the employee told me "it's either in or out" and i explained to her it was extremely hot and if she could please at least just give me 10 seconds the she gave me the rudest attitude and repeated what she said. Wow, we really had a great time at this underground nightclub! We haven't been to a nightclub for maybe a decade I think?! This place is in the heart of gaslamp. We had a bottle of Grey Goose which was cheaper than ketal one and that was weird! We were seated away from the DJ stage, the views of go go dancers in lingeries were quite nice. It wasn't crowded at the bottle service areas which I liked a lot. I still prefer to be away from crowds most of the time! The waitresses and our security guard for the night were so nice especially our security guard. He really took good care of us the entire time! I just didn't like old school hip hop music much. If they played more newer songs I'd give it a 5 instead of 4 star review! read more

I came here on a Friday night to meet my friend's son . I was very impressed with the Dj . The boy can spin. I mean an extremely good DJ ! We had a lot of fun dancing. A lot ! It was just really hot in there because there's poor ventilation being downstairs. Everybody was sweating balls . I felt more like an amazing gym session , than being sexy downtown on the weekend . The drinks were weak and expensive. I enjoyed experiencing this place , I probably wouldn't go back because I paid a $20 cover and left in less than 2 hours , because it was too hot . If they invested in a better AC this place would be a lot cooler . I will say this the customers were all very cool and friendly . I love that ! read more

Very disappointed with the service when my friends and I were invited to attend on July 11. The host sat us at a table and let me know an ID had to be on hold. When we decided to leave at midnight to attend other bars/clubs nearby I asked for my ID at the bar and they said they would give it to me at my table. After some time I asked again twice and they said the same thing that they will get it for me. After 1 hour, I found the manager and told him my ID has not been returned to me. He had the audacity to say he thought they had returned it to me. It was finally returned to me after following him to make sure he handed it to me. The entire time I was trying to get my ID back felt very hostile and I almost thought they were going to do something sketch with my ID. I will never be returning to this place. Went with my group of friends and my boyfriend was wearing pants that were not sweats and security would not let us in because he believe that they were sweats. Had to bribe this idiot to let us in. first impression.. complete waste of time. $20 a head for a terrible experience. started with the bouncer, he was trying to size my husband up and overall was rude and aggressive for no reason. he also then heavily groped my husband while doing a pat down. my husband was so uncomfortable and felt very violated. upon entering we came across a woman that gave us wrist bands, she was also very rude and didn't seem like she wanted to be there. honestly should've turned around at that point with all the red flags popping up. walking into the club immediately realized it wasn't a 21+ only kind of spot. walked up to the bar and bartender didn't greet us or ask us what he could get us. nobody seemed like they were working or trying to make the experience for PAYING customers a good one. yes, it's a thursday night but you shouldn't rely on scamming the clientele with a cover fee and 18 year olds who can only buy soda and water. poor establishment and the owner should really take a look at who they hire for this place. save your money. 0/5 read more
