I have had such a difficult time finding a hair stylist that was able to cut my hair the way I envisioned. My search is over!!! I wish I had found this place sooner! The woman who cut my hair, who I believe is the owner (?), was so sweet and efficient. I wish I asked for her name but she was wonderful! Her assistant was also very kind and I found them to be a great team! The owner asked what I wanted and for inspiration photos, which I had ready. She then asked several other questions based on what I said I wanted and the photos I showed her. I wanted face framing layers, a V-cut on the back of my hair, and some bang styling that was appropriate for my face shape. From sitting down, to walking out the door, my haircut took only 40-45 mins! AMAZING! I feel like I have a lot of hair and I wanted layers so I was impressed by how efficiently everything was done, including the washing of my hair & curling after! I also found the price to be very fair and reasonable for what my end-product was with my hair. I highly recommend ON:U if you are in the search for a women's haircut!!! I said NO LAYERS IN THE BACK I want nothing cut in the back I want my length kept. She ignored that completely and gave me the choppiest layers of my life. I genuinely can't fix my hair without chopping off like five inches, which is something I wanted to avoid. And not to mention the "balayage" looks grown out. I got balayage touch up done and there's weird pieces that don't even blend in at all. Terrible experience and I wish I could get my money back. I'm really sad because I miss my hair. There's no excuses and I tried to be nice about this but I hate my hair a few weeks later still. And realize it's just a terrible job done. Don't recommend this place at all.

She combed through my extensions roughly that she pulled out my natural hair, and when my hair was washed, she never attempted to wash the extensions. I had to pay $20 extra. In total, I paid $200. I contacted the owner the next day, she offered a discount on a future appointment, assuming I'd return. I asked for at least half my money back, but she refused, saying there was a no-refund policy. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

It bothers me immensely and makes me very self conscious. :( If Angela couldn't fix my hair issues at the time, dealing with my face frame, I would have rather she had just been honest and said I had to wait longer to get it cut and grow out my hair some more. She also took volume away from my layers: something that I loved about my hair. It feels like she does not have a lot of experience styling voluminous, Italian hair. Also, when she gave me my hair cut, she cut the whole thing dry and then washed it. She didn't apply any product before blow-drying out and I looked like a poodle!
