Food is pretty mediocre honestly. To put this into perspective I used to eat here when it was Nina's. I ate it when the bald guy owned it and I ate it with these owners. This was kinda of a go-to for me, the pizza really wasn't ever really that good it was okay. I enjoyed the wraps and pasta mostly. What I really enjoyed was that the prices were reasonable for the food quality. Unfortunately happy I realized the prices before ordering. $18- 21$ for hero's now? And $9 more for the same pasta I always ate? Unfortunately I respect it. And understand that it's 2025 and it's expensive now. But the quality of food when down for all of those years. Y'all charging $12 for mozzarella sticks now? The bald guy used to make them fresh and charge $8. It's been a great decade supporting Fabio's. I stopped by the other night to get takeout slices and was so happy with each slice! The crust was fresh, chewy and crisp. The pasta slice had al dente pasta, well balanced flavors and a little less sauce than others but was delicious. The buffalo chicken slice had a lot of flavor and wasn't too greasy which I've seen in other buffalo chicken slices elsewhere. The other slice was also so fresh- the sauce was really flavorful! I can feel the love that is put into this food and I also ordered to go and all the sides I requested were done ( what is a pleasant delight since I'm living out of a temporary space and don't have all the normal things I usually would). First time ordering. They called it a Chicago pizza. Pretty sure this is not a Chicago pizza. Certainly not a traditional Chicago deep dish. Basically was a Sicilian but in a pie shape instead of square. I liked that it was cheesy, saucy and buttery though so I will order again! Very tasty! I have to wonder what their regular pizza is like if this is considered Chicago. Ok ordered second time and got a variety of slices. So, we're visiting my niece in Brooklyn. After a day of babysitting her newborn, we were ready for some good Italian food. So I check my usual YELP and Google reviews and found Fabio's, just 2 blocks away. We made a great choice! I'm a NY born Italian, so I know good Italian food (thank you Grandma Nitti). I wanted the Gnocchi al Forno, but they were out. So I had the Cavatelli instead. Absolutely a good choice. My girlfriend had one of the Daily Specials, Fettuccine Rosatti, with sun dried tomatoes, shrimp, radichio, in garlic and oil. Another fabulous choice. Ramon was a wonderful server and very attentive (OK, so we were the only ones in there on a Thursday evening). We will be back during this trip or the next. read more

My family and I drove by this establishment and decided to stop. It's a nice, clean place. We were welcome, and we chose to sit in the back. Tables are well cared for. We will NOT be returning to Fabio's after the DISASTER of a lunch hour I've experienced yesterday with my fellow coworkers. We opted to dine in the "restaurant" part of the place, as opposed to sitting upfront in the pizza/ takeout portion. We figured we have soups, share an entree and head out. Well, we ordered soups first, pasta fagioli, but then we were told by our waiter that there wasn't any. Okay, so we got the chicken noodle soup instead. It was good, but not the greatest, but edible. I wasn't sure why there was spaghetti in the soup as opposed to other smaller pasta choices, but that was only the minor issue I had. We decided to share a meatball parm hero, and when I decided to take that first mouth full, I knew something was completely off. There was absolutely ZERO taste, and was the most blandest piece of meatball I've ever had! My coworker clearly didn't like it - she absolutely HATED it. We both kind of stared at the plates, and figured this was a total miss. Our waiter was super attentive and asked how the meatball parm was, and we both said we didn't like it. He was quite surprised, and asked if we wanted anything else. My coworker at this point was done, but I suggested maybe we try their take on the eggplant parm. While we were waiting, shortly later, a gentleman came from the kitchen, but I honestly had no idea if it was the cook, the owner, or whoever, because he never introduced himself. He was very abrupt, and almost slightly insulted, we didn't like the meatball parm. "What's wrong with it?" was what he asked. My coworker, not missing a beat, set the record straight that we're two Italian women, and we know what meatballs are supposed to taste like, and these were awful. He didn't apologize, or comment any further and disappeared into the kitchen. The eggplant parm that came out was more bread than eggplant, but I ate my half because this was lunch and I was starving. Underwhelming at best. Two stars for our waiter that was really trying to please us, but we will NOT be coming back here ever again. At least we weren't charged for the meatball parm sandwich. read more

I love ordering delivery from this place! Although I can't vouch for their pizza since I never tried it, their roasted broccoli and spinach is AMAZING. So garlicky and love the olive oil. Their Alfredo pasta is also amazing and they always give you some bread to go with the dish! I've tried the Caesar salad too and was extremely satisfied. Give this place a try! read more

Literally and figuratively. You get home late after some drinks and need a chicken parm hero? Fabio's. You get off a flight and need your NY Italian food to make you feel good? Fabio's. I've now ordered twice from Fabio's for delivery. First time ordered a plain pie, salad and garlic knots. Everything was great. The delivery guy was a bit lost and called right away and the food was still hot and came early. The second time we ordered a veggie pie, veggie calzone, salad and knots. The salad was great. The pie did not have much cheese but did have a lot of vegetables. The calzone was just ok. The cheese was good but the eggplant was hard and there were CANNED MUSHROOMS?!?? (Also on the pizza) Canned mushrooms are gross and should never be on anything, imo and def not pizza. Big disappointment. I had to pick them out. What a mess! I would just put 2 stars but I added one for the nice driver and the garlic knots- which are fantastic! read more

Horrible. I had calamari marinara with Angel hair pasta. The marinara was run of the mill-- there was no flavor from the seafood and it was watery. The pasta was not drained and the water was in the bottom of the platter. The calamari was not cleaned properly. Add to that, the clientele was rude and loud. Some of the members of this large group of 7 were walking all over the room with bottles of beer in their hands and yelling and arguing and shouting to each other and making a scene. This place is slowly going down the drain I've been coming here since it was originally NINAS, then met the new family owners which they were amazing but I'm not sure what happen to them but now this place doesn't have any beef patties , food isn't the same , mozzarella sticks are wack now. Workers English to take orders is hit or miss . So when i say this place is just going downhill I'm scared to what it will become and I'm more disappointed then anything because this was a family passed down business and to see from what it was to what it is now is disgraceful. read more

We live across the highway from Fabio's. We patronized the original Nina's Pizza when it opened many years ago. Early on Nina's was a good place to eat, but over time the quality dropped off and we basically stopped going there. So when it reopened under new management, we crossed our fingers and stopped in for some pizza. The pizza is great, especially the grandma and the service is super. These guys make you feel at home and treat you like family. The food out of the restaurant is awesome. I am not big on Italian food but the chicken franchise and the new skirt steak cannot be beat. My grand daughter loves the baked clams and the salmon. My family are so happy that we now have a place 700 feet away that we can count on for great food and service. We love Fabio's. read more

I love coming here Monday through Friday on my lunch break. The service is outstanding. They are welcoming, kind, respectful and fun. I know everyone there and can say it's the best Italian restaurant in Brooklyn. The food is made fresh and from scratch. Just found out Nina's was under new ownership, and was pleasantly surprised with how good my grandma slice and wings were. From the sauce alone you can tell this place is up there with San Marco (RIP), Tony's and Carmines as an old school Williamsburg red sauce pizza joint. I used to go to Nina's occasionally when I was in the area, but Tony's has always been my go to, and frankly I don't remember Nina's being this tasty... Might have to switch up now and see how the pies and pastas are here as I'm getting a little sick of the selection at Tony's. read more
