Tina and Nancy were fantastic!! I love going to a nail spa where they can work on your hands and feet at the same time. My time is valuable (like everyone else) and this is a big time saver. This was my second time and it won't be my last. Both of these ladies were very good! I find everyone to be very pleasant. I own stores and one ingredient that is important is just be friendly. I am a huge fan!!!! Came in here on a Saturday in need of a pedicure before a vacation (well according to my husband I was in desperate need). From the outside it thought it was just one of your normal plaza mani/pedi places however when you walk inside it is definitely more of a spa with tranquil music a wall waterfall greeting you. They were able to take me immediately. One of the best things was that they didn't try to small talk during it. Which is great for an introvert like me and made the experience even more relaxing. I really wanted to like this place. I'm on business travel for several weeks and found this place near by the hotel so I decided to give this a try. The first visit here was an ok experience, however, it's unbelievable what they charge you for a gel pedicure and add-on other items. Salons in Cali do not even charge that much for the same service and you get better treatment. It just seemed that this place would nickel and dime you for everything. They charged me for removing my acrylics...ahmazing! The owner Henry appeared nice in the beginning but became extremely rude with me and other clients. Telling them that it would a longer wait as if they really didn't need your business. Such terrible customer service. The 2nd visit I waited 1 hour because I failed to tell them that I had acrylic on my nails and he treated me like it was my fault. It had been weeks since I had my nails done and I couldn't remember what I had done before. I had my fingers soaked for an hour and he completely neglected that I was still there. After 3 tech changes Eddie who happened to be off that day but stop by noticed I was waiting so he offered to work on my nails. He did the powder dip / SNS FABULOUSLY! It was as if I was back at home. He took his time to perfect my nails. I suggest hat anyone that goes here ask for Eddie. Hopefully, they learn to treat their customers better..in order to stay in business. Yesterday I called to make an appt with Eddie, Henry took my number down and said he doesn't don't know if Eddie is working or not and that he would call me the next day to let me know. Everyone was nice and seemed to do overall good quality but I didn't love my pink and white (white was crooked) and my cuticles were cut too low. As I checked out I was told that they would be raising the price for punk and whites because they knew there wasn't a lot of nail techs doing them anymore. Luckily I found someone else. Most importantly, this place is very clean. They line the pedicure sinks with plastic that they replace after every client. The tools appear to be from individually sanitized packages. Like almost every other nail salon I've been to in the Cleveland area, they're not big on the relaxing or comforting experience. I tried the second-most expensive pedicure package and I don't think the person doing my nails massaged the bottom of my feet for more than 30 seconds. I think she spent a long time on my legs, which I personally do not enjoy. I should have said something, but I thought she would eventually get to my feet. If I ever opt for one of the pedicure packages again, I'll definitely say something. Nevertheless, the pedicure has stayed put for about a month. And, to be fair, the pedicure massage chairs are nice. I've been in for two gel manicures. The first one lasted at least a week and a half; by two weeks, it was still fully in tact on about 7 fingers. All in all, they give a good end result. Would've been a 5star if Henry did my nails the first time however he didn't, I went to have my gel mani fixed because the paint was chipping on most of my nails(after only 3days), Henry (owner) was very nice and understanding, he redid my entire gel polish and polished my toes no charge :) Both visits were pleasant the staff & atmosphere is great. read more

I recently visited Fabuleux Nail Spa for the first time and was beyond happy with my experience. I went on a Saturday after trying to walk in at other nail salons that I have gone to before, but none of them could take me. I walked into Fabuleux and was taken to a pedicure chair immediately. I'm not sure how this place wasn't more crowded because the service was top notch. Everything was incredibly clean, all of the staff were wearing masks (and patrons were required to wear masks as well), and the entire experience was incredibly relaxing. Great spot for a solid pedicure with massage. I actually stopped into this location because they're new to the area and offered a number of add-on massage services for mani and pedi. Being that I'm constantly in high heels, I needed to have a longer hot stone massage with my service. I was not disappointed. The nail tech was very thorough with her cleaning, the manicure technique and the massage and cleaning masque. She also used freshly sanitized tools and gloves when doing all her work. And as bad as this sounds, she didn't ask me too many questions throughout my service. For someone who likes to zone out during my mani/pedis, this was a plus. I will note that they don't take tips on card (sort of annoying these days), but they do have an ATM right in the front waiting area. read more

Nice atmosphere, easy location to get to with adequate parking. I like the work of their staff and they are all very nice. The problem IS the owner/manager, he issues out their work and does a very poor job doing so. He is loud, confrontational, aggressive, condescending and never admits that he's wrong...never have an issue here because he will argue with you AND do nothing for service recovery. Truly if you sit back and watch him you will certainly agree, because of him I WILL NEVER COME BACK. Not to mention that the pricing is not great either. I came here for a pedicure, and the nail tech was extremely unprofessional and clearly didn't know what she was doing. She scraped the top of my foot repeatedly and caused me bodily injury. See the pictures below! I expressed my concern during the treatment, and she just told me to "sit still". I asked for the manager and told him of the interaction and showed him the clear injury. He was unapologetic and forced me to pay for the incomplete treatment. Beyond the obvious injury and criminal battery, no license number to the State Cosmetology and Barber Board was posted in the facility. This is against the law! When I approached the manager for his license number, he refused to provide the number. This is the most poorly managed business I've ever seen! read more

Terrible service, be sure to call ahead and confirm pricing as they quoted me two different prices and still overcharged me. They spilled the acetone all over my pants with not so much as a sorry. They filed my nails so hard that it gave my skin cuts. And lastly, they tack on charges without discussing, removing your dip/gel ($5) while getting a new dip, and another ($5) to shape your nails. Shaping your nails should be part of the service at minimum. read more

The reviews were mixed, but it was really close to our hotel on a rainy day so we decided to go for it. So glad we did!! When this spa first opened, I fell in love! Found my new place. Loved the atmosphere, and everyone seemed nice and friendly. I sent my family and friends as well. Fast forward to the last few months- went in for a gel manicure and literally was in the technician's chair for 1 hour and a half. At the check out desk, I come to find out that the technician was in training. I am sorry, I think the customer should be at least asked if it is ok with them if their nails are done by a trainee. Of course got charged full price as well. The next time I went in, I had an appointment. When I got there, they told me that my manicurist called in sick, but they never took down my phone number to call me to let me know. Ok, they had someone else do my nails. I do not know how many times I had to say I wanted my nails square. Not squoval. I am not one to say "can you square this off a little more", however, I found myself saying it over and over. And, my cuticles were not even touched. I thought.... one more time. Went in last week and all seemed well. I was actually impressed with the technique used to fix my horribly cracked nail. We did gel polish with what is supposed to be an OPI polish. Over the week the color started looking different. I ignored it - chalked it up to my eyes playing tricks on me. Today, it really looked different - the nail that was repaired was the only one that kept the color. The rest had turned a color that looked like a puke green (see pic below) I went back because I paid for the gel manicure that should have lasted 2 weeks. I just wanted a polish change. I went in and sat for 45 minutes before I asked the front desk how much longer it would be. At that point the receptionist said "oh, I will start to soak off your polish". After waiting another 20 minutes, watching numerous people get serviced all while I was sitting there, and people coming in after me getting serviced, I'd had it. Was it because I had come in to get a "fix" or "repair"? I will never know. I took off the foils and left. 3 strikes and I am done. There are nail salons up and down Chagrin Blvd along with the surrounding suburbs. It is a shame- really thought I found a stand out, new, relaxing nail salon that took care of their clients. I absolutely highly recommend Fabuleux Nail Spa!! I went yesterday for my first appointment post-pandemic. Everything was very clean and organized. They have plexiglass between the manicurists and clients, there is no waiting allowed in the lobby, 3 chairs between each pedicure and everyone is wearing masks!! I felt safe and I can tell that Henry is not playing any games with COVID-19. Call in before you go, to make an appointment to ensure a smooth experience!! This place is a rip off. I went in for a acrylic fill and a repair on 1 nail. I wanted regular polish not gel. The price that was quoted to me at the front by the owner. By time I sat down in the chair the tech begin to quote me a different price (higher). The tech asked me how I wanted the shaped. I informed her that I wanted them the same way that they are which is coffin shape. She begins to tell me that she has to charge me more for that shape. This seems quite ridiculous that I must be charged additional to have my nails shaped the exact same way they are ALREADY shaped. Terrible customer service. I went there for dipping powder and the woman did a terrible job on my nails. The shape of each nail was different; polish was far back from my cuticles, and clear polish was painted over my cuticles on the skin. I informed the manager, at which point he told me to come back tomorrow and he would fix them. I did as he said, and returned the next day, just to be left waiting for 30+ minutes. At that point he told me to come back the next day, so that I wouldn't have to wait and said if I did not make it back he would be happy to give me a gift certificate for a free dipping powder the next time I came. After calling to redeem my gift certificate he suddenly switched his tune and stated he could only give me a partial gift certificate because they work off of commission. They clearly care nothing about their customers. Needless to say I won't be returning. read more

This was the most disturbing, unsanitary salons I have ever been too. Not only did the nail tech charge me 85 dollars for a gel pedicure, but he set his own price and overcharged me by 45 dollars. First of all, I have to say that this place is amazing. So clean, the staff is super friendly, and their amenities are awesome! I was immediately greeted by Henry, who asked if I would like water or coffee... which I've never been offered in a nail salon, and I thought that was super nice- great touch! They have a really great color selection, and their set up is really beautiful and organized. Hannah did my nails, and she is by far one of the best nail technicians I have ever had touch my nails. Her fills are incredible, and her perfectionism is much appreciated. I've been to her in the past, and swore by going to her- but she had left the old nail place I used to go to and I couldn't find her after that, until a fellow coworker mentioned where she moved to and I nearly jumped for joy! She does a great job- in a cosmetologist so my my nails are in water 24/7, and they always stay put- no lifting, and they always last very well.
