Overall, my experience was great and would recommend them minus a few details below: - It took 5.5 hours to complete the job for a two bedroom move. While I will say we had alot of stuff - part of the move was trying to fit everything into the smaller moving truck that was utilized. See my point below. - The truck that they used for our move was smaller than the truck seen in one of the pictures below. Therefore, I felt like the process wasn't as efficient as it could have been because an hour or so was spent trying to squeeze items into the smaller truck vs. if we had a larger one, I think we could have cut down the move by 45 minutes - one hour. - They 2/6 legs on my futon - I feel like as they were squeeze things into the truck, the leg on my futon must have broken off? I didn't say anything, so that was on me, but yeah I read raving reviews about 0 damage to my belongings and that wasn't the case fully for my move. Overall, they really did their best to provide great service and if I were to move again, I would probably contact the same company! I would just caveat those things noted above to create a more efficient move.
